Deal with this company at your peril.We are in business 30 years and export all over the world. We work with many different shipping companies. I have never worked with a company so terrible to deal with.

BEWARE! This company took a $1000.00 deposit from our elderly neighbour without any paperwork and is now not wiling to proceed with the moving services as previously quoted, and will not refund the deposit. I have already reported this business to the BBB! Do not use!

When I had shipped my items from Dubai I was told there would be no additional charges for door to door delivery from Al Saaba International Movers (Crooks). It was a game of up the bill by Atlantic & Pacific Shipping. Adding more for home delivery staring at around 800.00 + then end at 1400.00 +. I was told that the container could be delivered as is. Then no additional charges to unload 2 trucks. I could get permission to park large truck on the street. They would not deliver because they wanted to charge additional money. Help my goods hostage. Which I have in writing from the company in Dubai that there would be no additional charges. They also kept stating that there would be additional charges for storage. Would hold the furniture hostage and make demands for payment right away or would cancel the delivery and place items in storage. Would not take a credit card only money transfer. I was not on internet at that point being on a shoot and had to get a friend to transfer the funds. I spoke to the police and they stated that it was a common complaint. Also spoke to a friend in Port Authority Customs and she stated that these guys where trying to rip me off. Do not trust them the bill keeps going up. Being in the film industry and dealing with shipping since the early 90's I have never experienced such issues. Shippers like this are in to playing games among themselves to scam the customer. Market place did a report on this.

He returned them. Out of 13 boxes one was ripped and they just taped the hole. 6 out of remaining 12 were crushed.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYIf I could give them negative 5 stars I would but unfortunately there is no negative rating.

Courtneypark, Mississauga Canada Location -- Very difficult to work with will NEVER use them again, sent check prior to shipping and it was lost in mail. They refused to take a replacement and insisted on it being certified (WHO DOES THAT) even though we hand delivered a check to them and they would not take a credit card.

If there was less than one star I would have definitely put it.Bad service, no clear communication and no update on your shipment, no responses to customer calls and most importantly bad attitude. Worst customer experience.My shipment arrived to canda August 13th and kept pending for more than a month with no clear and proper update.On the day that I was supposed to receive the shipment to my home as per previous confirmation I called for a status update and assurance and the guy's response was: your shipment will not be delievred today and if you wanted today COME AND PICK IT UP YOUR SELF" funny enough

Me and my wife used the German company Relocately to move from the Netherlands to Canada. The logistics in Canada were handled by a certain Vanessa from Atlantic and Pacific shipping. A long story short: Atlantic and Pacific shipping is by far the most unprofessional company I've ever encountered.Initially we got a very brief email with a notification that they were our handlers. But quickly after we got an email that there had been an inspection and that our belongings would be delayed. So far so relatively good.But at the end of august we got an invoice; with a very casual tone we were ordered to pay a.s.a.p. more than 1500 CAD to cover the inspection costs. And we were immediately pressured to pay otherwise we wouldn’t get our belongings. As they seemed to think a surprise of more than 1000 EUR was not a big deal.The invoice was however very vague and lacking transparency. After numerous emails from our part we heard that the agent was ‘slightly confused’ and suddenly the bill was dropped to 700 CAD.But also this time the invoice was having the same vagueness and lack of transparency. We didn’t get any answers to numerous basic questions like: when the inspection was, why, how long, where and above all, how came the price about.Another couple of emails later we found out that the inspection didn’t cost 700 CAD but actually 526 CAD. Atlantic and Pacific shipping was however charging us a handling fee of 100 CAD and a payout charge of 75 CAD. Several requests to get some documentation/conditions/policy to warrant these charges have been answered by Vanessa with a: “Sorry, these are the costs”, and the manager Santino Curro just ignored our complaints.And the “cherry” on top was that they managed to bring our belongings to the wrong address.All in all: the experience was terrible and we will absolutely avoid Atlantic and Pacific shipping in the future. They caused added stress to our move, gave inadequate and incorrect information, and did not value our finances or the stress of moving. And we never got an apology for sending us an incorrect invoice.

Utterly disgusting company. My wife and I moved here from Jamaica and they've been holding our goods ransom--demanding more and more money. They called me to ask for money and I told them I would not be paying costs I am not responsible for, they should check with their overseas shipping partner. They simply told me they 'didn't care' and that costs would continue to accumulate. I've written to the Ministry of Government & Consumer Services for their help in getting my belongings. This is ridiculous!

DO NOT USE!!! Reported them to BBB. Took a deposit of $1000 and I never heard from them.
