After a recent online purchase and shipping mishap, Cori, the manager of this location was beyond helpful. She was understanding and quick on getting to the bottom of the dilemma by going above & beyond. I find all of the staff at this location very helpful and with this recent experience I am beyond happy with their customer service actions and feel more than comfortable & heard when coming to them.

I have had a great experience with a girl who I think was named Stephanie in the past. However I went their yesterday and was not greeted, nor did anyone ask me if I needed assistance which was surprising since there was maybe 3 other customers in the store. I dealt with a girl named Alex at the checkout who was very rude and I left without purchasing anything as I had planned too. I shopped at the Lulu in Kingston Ontario a few weeks ago on vacation an they were so friendly and accommodating. I unfortunately will not be shopping in store at this location anymore.

I went into the store to complete a quality promise claim and received the fastest, kindest service from Sarah. They gave me advice on extending the life of my leggings. I was a little nervous to make a claim, but the experience was hassle free and I would definitely shop there again.

My fiance and I visited on Saturday March 18 at approx 12:00. We live in Kelowna but make a point of coming to this location as we never have a bad experience. And once again another amazing visit. We were helped by a younger blonde girl at the counter. We had to exchange 2 pairs of pants each as they were coming apart and she made the visit fun, easy and left with new pants, a couple other items and a point to return again the next time we are in Kamloops. Many thanks to her for looking after us and the rest of the team for maintaining a great store!!

Worst customer service from the manager of the store. It seems like they don't care about the reputation of the company.Went there to return a product that I brought online, but I was tricked by the false marketing of the product. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I can only get a store gift card.What kind of bs policy is this where you don't get a refund when you return something? I was rudely treated by the store manager when I asked for a refund.

Good selection of items available but I feel that the staff was a bit overwhelmed with the work load at the time of my visit and also didn't ask me what colour I preferred at checkout for the bag. They also didn't have my size for the items that I wanted available in stock or in store.

the service here was beyond amazing. i had trouble understanding the return policy, and the manager came over and explained it to my understanding’s beautifully. definitely coming back for more :)
