Dog 'E' Daycare

I would never take my dog here again. The last groomer cut my dogs ear, revealing the nerve, which extended to an emergency vet visit and stitches. I communicated immediately with Dog E Daycare and they said they would pay for my vet bill. After multiple phone calls for reimbursement, months of waiting, I was completely ghosted. This happened August 15, 2020. Fun fact, I adopted my dog from here, sad they have zero respect to follow up on this issue still to this date. Forever blessed for my dog but forever disappointed with their customer/ dog care.

10/10 would never recommend this place to anyone and if i could give it no stars i would. Me and the girlfriend Jessica left for 2 days and came back to an entirely different dog. Hes so anxious we cant leave him alone for extended periods of time leaving my girlfriend to come home on her breaks from work to assure him that he is fine. He clearly got into a fight with another dog because he has lacerations on his nose that was not mentioned to me! He is now SO ILL he is having diarrhea with large amounts of blood in it and now on medications for this. Even picking him up was a disaster, they forgot to give me his food that he never ate because they fed him the WRONG FOOD. The lady that checked me out had left a dog in a kennel on top of another kennel for over an hour because i had to come back for the food they forgot to give me that they said he had finished. SHE WAS SITTING SMOKING GOD KNOWS WHAT IN HER CAR LEAVING THAT POOR DOG IN A KENNEL!(if your dogs name is spongebob/bob just know your dog wasnt properly cared for as he was that dog in the kennel) She never even took any dogs out i bet while she was there! This place is overall disgusting! The stench of urine as soon as you walk in is so overpowering you could barely stand there for more than five minutes. So disorganized that you lose you mind trying to be patient. And so unprofessional that you will snap. The owner would not let me speak on the phone without getting cut off and trying to defend herself. BUT MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEDATE MY DOG with the emergency mild sedatives i gave them for his few days that he was there. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!

They really understand dogs! A great place to socialize your pup and have him be tired and happy when he comes home.

The staff was SO friendly and polite despite me calling multiple times daily. They were knowledgeable, patient and understanding. My puppy came home smelling so good and she was just tuckered. They really exceeed my expectations and went above and beyond.

To start I do think the staff are very friendly people and mean well.I did not have the best experience. I am a very easy going person but we left our puppy here for 3 nights while we were out of town.Dropping our dog off I noticed the front area was very very dirty. Food and dog urine everywhere.I think this company means well but I think they are seriously under staffed. There is only ever 1 person working. And they cannot contend to the mess of the place because they have so many rescue dogs, which is great of them. But with so many dogs and only 1 person they cant handle all the dogs.This leads me to why I rated them a 2 star.When I got my puppy i was notified only then that she had gotten clipped by another dog on the face the day before. I was not notifed at all by call or email.I think they have to many untrained rescues who are to aggressive with smaller dogs. I dont believe my dog had access to water as she drank a full bowl when we got home only 10 minutes after picking her up.I think this place needs more staff on hand to handle the dogs and cleaning of the facility.I also never seen the room she was staying in which was strange. If the front of house was a mess I cant even imagine what the back was likeI had a uneasy feeling when i left our puppy there. I will never return.

We have a very nervous recuce. We left Buddy for 10 days while we were on vacation. I was pleased to learn he did great and bonded with to owners. They really care about your furbabies.

Avoid this place. They will never give you a tour because this place is a dump. Photos on the website are not at all what it looks like. The people who say their dogs come home tired cause they had so much fun don't realize it's actually because they couldn't relax at all with all the dogs crammed in there. Rescue dogs are housed here, which is fine under normal circumstances, but these dogs are not vetted, and behaviour is unknown.

Best place ever - I have two Pitbull's who love the staff and they take good care of my dogs when I need day care and vacation.This accommodate my dogs needs and I have always been super happy.This place is also a rescue and to me that is saving dogs. If you are a dog lover don't read the negative comments because they are doing rescue to save dogs too. These other companies out there are not saving animals.I will stand by Doggy E Daycare and recommend them 100%Thank you so much Christie Zacher

I don’t recommend bringing your pets here. I took my dog there to be boarded as I was out of town for a month but would be home on the weekends. Awful service when ever you called they never answered the phoned and would never call you back to update you on how your pet was doing. They never responded to emails either. We had already pre paied the place for our dog and they charged my father In law for the week we already paid and it took forever to get him a refund. We had medication for our dog as well she was there she got deep wounds that we had to take her to the vet for so they didn’t get infected. Which they never once said that she got hurt well in there. We left them with the medication and they lost it and said they would drop it off and never did. When you first go you cannot see where all the dogs go or anything in the back as it’s a privacy reason. Also turns out the program we payed for wasn’t the proper boarding program which we were never told till half way through, and lost of our time had been used up at that point without us knowing. Terrible place for the safety of your pet never bring them here. Such a scam and not safe for any pets

We are very thankful to the great ladies who take care of our main man Hunter while we are on vacation. He loved it! And he really likes the staff, we can tell when we drop him off and pick him up. We'll definitely bring him here again!
