I just LOVE using Stewart Title Insurance (if not exclusively if we can). I am in Calgary and our representative Brent Cooper is just so hands-on and ALWAYS available. If for any reason, which is almost never, a file is flagged, I email Brent for help and he is already emailing/phoning/assisting me and whomever else to ensure the policy is completed very fast. Brent is such a personable person that I believe Stewart Title couldn't have a better person for this role. I enjoy the program to order the policy online and never have any issues.

Stay away from this company and their so called gold policy. They will take your money and not stand behind their policies. Read it carefully. All it is, is fine print and loop holes to get out of any issues that they pretend to stand behind for getting a policy in the first place. Brutal.Worst customer service as well. 7 Months for a responds. Brutal.

I wish I could give 0 star. Almost a month since the claim has been reported. No response,No one answers the call at claims dept. Called number of times. Looks they just want people keep on begging them after paying the premium.

We used Stewart Title for title insurance on our cottage. We purchased the Gold Policy and access was included in the policy. When we sold the cottage, the access clause had mistakenly been removed, apparently when we purchased the road allowance.Stewart Title was quick to find a loop hole to decline coverage.If you and the Insured elect to grant the undertaking as demanded by the Purchaser

He is the consummate professional, very knowledgeable and always available to help when I need it.
