Recent visit they didn't have much in stock in the shelves, but boxes were on the store floor waiting to be stocked.Beyond that we do love their variety of steeped teas. We love buying the herbal mom caffeinated advent calendar every year. It lasts us about the year with some extra bags that supplement during the year.

Had a great experience at David's tea in West Edmonton mall. Went to get the salted caramel oolong that my family and I love. Was greeted by a very nice lady and the guy at the till was super nice, and friendly. Customer service was on point. Keep doing an awesome job :)

We went last night an hour before close and the person working was incredibly kind. Me and my gf were having a particularly horrible day and the person working made a small act of kindness that made our entire day. We always love this location but whoever was working last night deserves props.

I placed an order online on December 9th and since it said that the tea would take 1-2 business days and I live in the same city, I wasn't worried. Well, it still hasn't arrived and I can't reach anyone at DavidsTea. I left a message the first time and now it just keeps hanging up. So now I have the choice to go, sick and pregnant as I am, and get tea from elsewhere a day before Christmas, or my mother will be the only one with just half a gift on Christmas, which is just not an option. If you want tea, just go to Green Island.Edit: the tea arrived. Too late, but it's here I guess.

They were out of the 3 things I wanted..with no idea IF or when they would be getting more. How can a business operate like that? Soooo frustrating to have only one store.On the bright side, the girl that served me was great, and she introduced me to tea filters...had no idea they existed...so..small win.

Came back here on January 13th. I take back the good review I gave here. The workers here don’t really feel like making the teas you request and let lines get long. Won’t be returning, there’s two girls who work here who are the laziest and rudest people I’ve ever met.

10/10 customer serviceI had an awesome experience with your team at the WEM location. I was able to exchange my purchase, hassle free -- with no questions asked. On the same transaction, I ordered one of the iced teas of the day and it happened to be on the house!

Was disappointed to find that the online sales pricing do not apply at the physical storefront, however, the in person assistance and recommendations are amazing and I'm always happy to spend time finding new favourite tea flavours here. I really recommend going for a visit because I find it rare in this city to be helped so easily and in a friendly manner. Please keep up the wonderful service!
