We hired Komodo to do an extensive renovation to our home. We have been very impressed with Scott and Joel and their team. The quality of their work is excellent! We’ve done many renovations over the years and they have by far been the best! We have been so pleased with their work we are hiring them to do the renovation to our vacation home. Joel and his team are by far the best contractors we've worked with. Very professional. They show up when they say they're going to, put down plastic to keep your home clean and clean up their work and dust before they go. They provide accurate estimates and our last job ended up coming in significantly under what they had expected and we were thrilled. Their work is also top-notch. You can tell they care about doing quality work. I highly recommed them.

I had Joel and Scott do some renovations for me on a house in Central Saanich. I searched Used Victoria to find a contractor to complete the work that another person just ruined. At first I was reluctant to hire somebody from finding their ad on the internet. I initially met Scott and after a week’s of work Joel was on board as well. Not only did they do what they said they were going to do, they exceeded all my expectations. I was an unsuspecting homeowner with little understanding of construction and they dealt wth me in full honesty and integrity.I am grateful for meeting them and can’t thank them enough for their great character that not only shows through their work, but also from who they are.
