Excellent service and friendly staff. Purchased a used motor for our car and they said worked well and it sure does. Better then what the old one did. Very fast and efficient to deal with along with a very smile and happy to serve you. They are always willing to make sure their customers are satisfied and treated with the highest respect. A+ customer service! Logan responded to all my questions patiently and very quickly, my parts were shipped from Ontario to BC within a week, very well packaged. The smaller parts were sealed in a separate bag, everything was as described and fitted perfectly.If I didn't live in BC I'd definitely come here all the time, highly recommended.

Asked for a motor for a Ford truck, guy at counter didn’t want to order said motor because he didn’t like fords. After assuring him that was irrelevant. Said motor still was still not ordered. Tried to get a bumper cover at a later date. Was told they would call when ready. That was 5 years ago nowEdit: was most definitely Woodbecks auto near stirling. Took place in 2018

My little guy loved watching the mechanics in the garage and the owner took some time to explain to him what was happening in the garage and brought us out to see some of the equipment..

This is the most efficient and friendly business that I have dealt with in years. They delivered the wrong parts and by the next business day they rectified the problem and delivered the right parts. I have to say I live in Kingston so I am very impressed. The delivery man was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this business for all your vehicle part's. Very very professional.
