We booked a room directly with the owner of the property who was very gracious and friendly. When we arrived we found our room very spacious and very clean with plenty of room to move around.Our room faced the highway which was very close so there is significant traffic noise so ask for a room facing the back for more quiet. There is a nice covered patio out back with a BBQ and our room had a small fringe and microwave which is not standard in most other accommodations.There is a Shoppers Drug Mart across the highway and it is open until 10pm. Plenty of parking and the parking spots are very wide. The furniture is a little dated" but that did not affect our stay. The TV was too small but it was mounted on the wall and had an HDMI port to hook up other electronics.Overall a very pleasant motel experience. This is not The Westin but it is a very good value for your money.Really nice home made curtains as well. You can also tell the owners take pride in their investment and take their time to make sure the rooms are as clean as can be. It is a small but charming property just perfect for our needs."

rooms were clean, bathroom was nice, location was convenient for me as my cat was staying overnight at a vet nearby. the bed was not comfortable at all. staff was very friendly and helpful. having climate control in room was nice during the summer

Very friendly service. Very helpful and accommodating. Nice place clean, for a 2 star hotel, doesnt smell musty, or strong cleaning solution. I liked it better than most 3 star hotels. Only 2 complaints, our room is close to highway, and the sound of traffic kept my husband up, i needed window open. Quiet if closed. Ask for room facing away from highway or bring ear plugs. The beds are not comfortable for us, Very firm. In great location. Will stay again , it was reasonably priced compared to hotels in Kelowna.

The Lake Country Inn is one of the best values for hotels in the Kelowna area. It’s about 15 minutes to Downtown Kelowna so not a bad drive but you save quite a bit in hotel costs. Keep in mind you can only access the hotel from the west side (southbound lanes) of Highway 97. The service was friendly and prompt and the rooms were clean and simple. We were moved to a suite facing away from the highway for less noise, which was appreciated. There is no free breakfast provided but our room did have coffee and tea available.

Wow, what an amazing experience I had. There were no expectations as I never expect personal service when staying at hotels, but I was made to feel like part of the family during my stay. The owner, Manoo, gave us the history of the hotel and area. He chatted with us while we BBQ'd and hung out in the common area. Extremely nice family who work very hard which definitely shows. The property is well maintained and the rooms are very clean. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back when next in the area. Thank you Manoo and family, you made sure I had the most pleasant experience.

The owner ended up waiting up for us to arrive from the airport in order to ensure we got our door key, as our flight was delayed 8 hours and we arrived a couple of hours behind our reservation. Service was nothing short of wonderful!The rooms were much better than I expected at the price, with the only greivance I had being how loud the air conditioner was.A great inn very close to YLW airport that is perfect. I plan to come again when I'm in the area.

Lake Country Inn
Lake Country Inn is an normal hotel though clean, cozy and friendly.we are here for two days and will leave tomorrow. we had a fun and relaxing time in the rooms and out side in the shed with beer and BBQ.The friendly and hospitality staff made our stay remarkable.
