Sound Obsessions AVU

I recently had my car in there to get a command start put in. I wasn't really impressed when I had to call to see if the car was done after it had been there over the alotted time that they had given me. However, all was forgiven when I got there and they informed me they were have difficulties with the locks on my car. Turns out, they had to do a lot of troubleshooting and found some broken wires in my door that would only permit the lock to work when the door was closed. They fixed all the broken wires for me at no extra charge. I was totally impressed. I will be going there again to get a command start on my truck.

Went in to find a part for my stereo, and within minutes, they had me rigged up and ready to go. super knowledgeable and friendly staff.

been a customer since forever, quality product, great install, only complaint is i always buy more than i planned on, that being said never been disappointed either!

Ok first they were polite when we came in … no argument there . My son bought his first car went in to get a new stereo put in , told it would take about 2 hours … Received call that parts he needed to install his stereo were in and bring car in .., 5 hours later get a call saying all the parts were not in kit so they couldn’t put it all together so half his parts I’m back if car no vents in car and stereo iffy due to not being all installed… called almost two weeks later parts still not in tells me it could take a week or 2 months ??I get it things are back ordered and it’s sometimes out of your control but In hindsight check your parts before you start a project , would that not be the way to go ? but to tell me it’s not their fault , well actually yes it is , I’m paying you not the manufacture!! Not very happy and they made us pay in full for not even having done the full work .yet . I will not bring my business back here when this finally gets done !

Craig was so helpful when I visited and he provided most answers to my questions and the charges was also fair enough.

Sales was very upfront and honest (Casey) Very knowledgeable and friendly. Matt did the install on my stereo, had issues with aftermarket USB controller and they fixed the problem quickly over lunch hour with no hesitation. Would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer...

Not a great experience. Told Craig my want list" for an upgraded head unit. Installation did not start till 2+ hours after I brought it in
