We have been dealing with Durham Sprinkler People for the past five years to open, close and do repairs for our irrigation system. Jillian treats us like family ♥️Today we had them open our system up for the season and we are pleased to say that we have added a new family member. Sean was our technician this time. Contacted by the company to winterize our sprinkler system. When opened in the spring was told that I may need a new system so I asked to have someone come out to give me an estimate and was told that the guys will provide one . The guys came out to close and spat out a $$$ amount. I called and spoke to David this morning displeased and was told about there servicing Durham Region since 19 blah blah blah and basically they only give estimates to commercial business and that residential businesses are too small for them. Take what you want from that conversation.
