SULTAN Salon, sofa et rembourrage

It has been 5 weeks at least since I bought a sofa from this place. I paid full in advance plus delivery and here I’m sitting on the floor waiting for them to deliver their promise.I have talked 3 times already on the phone and each time I was told they would contact me for a delivery day and time.I have done more than enough being comprehensive but it starts to seem like a scam.Hopefully you guys read this before I have to call you again and take action to correct the situation because you won’t like the conversation that will follow next.Update: I received the sofa. It’s in mint condition, already assembled. Looks nice and feels comfortable. Worth the price? I will only know eventually.However the damage is done. 5 weeks of waiting of too much. A business is meant to uphold every aspect of the market and that means delivering in a reasonable time to it’s clients.Sometimes a criticism is not there to hurt but to make a point so there can be improvement. I only hope mine does that and best of luck to this business I bet you will correct these issues for your next costumers.

Au début c'était un super bon service..une belle impression comme on dit, mais ensuite ça c'est compliqué... divan non complet, pièce manquante, mal organisé... en plus c'est le client qui travail pour aider le boss.. très décevant je ne recommande pas ce magasin!! Vous allez perdre de l'argent
