Turned out the used car had an issue but Rick (not like most dealers) went the extra mile to ensure that my experience with the sale went smooth. He provided me with an absolute professional experience and took care of my car and my needs. I’m very happy with the transaction and how smooth everything went. There were no games and no feelings of distrust in our transaction and I’m thankful I chose to use Prestige motors, as I’ve used other companies and there’s a reason I no longer use them!! After a horror story with another dealer this was a breath of fresh air. We test drove a truck and fell in live with it but a strange noise came from a wheel on test drive. It took a couple of days but they fixed it as they refused to sell me a truck that possibly had an issue. We know we got a great deal as we have been looking for months. It even came with gas and everything worked that was suppose to. I'm confident if I need anything they will help me.

found a lovely car here and had a nice conversation with the business owner Rick. He held it for me even before I put down a deposit. Unfortunately I can’t complete my purchase due to personal reasons. After told him about my situation, Rick refunded my deposit with no conditions. After looking for a truck for almost a year, we found our beautiful and perfect GMC Sierra 1500 at Prestige Motor group. I was able to communicate easily with Rick and go test drive the car. The overall buying experience was wonderful and although we did find the seat adjustment on the truck was broken on pick up, Rick was very helpful and put in the order for a replacement and for me to have it fixed in North Vancouver rather then drive all the way back to Richmond. - UPDATE: I did have to go back to the dealer and that was a bit of a pain because he didn't want to pay GM to fix it in North Vancouver. When I had seen the truck the handle was fine and working, but upon pick up one was broken and one was removed. Made me wonder, now that I bought it, if they switched parts on it to another truck. The truck is what I was looking for, but over time I have found there where allot of issues with the truck that Prestige didn't fix or disclose. I've spend about about $4500 on the truck since I got it and it hasn't even been 6 months. There was no tire iron with the truck or jack and the tire hoist needed to be replaced. Just do your homework before you go and have another mechanic look at the car you are buying from Prestige.

Rick is a very clear and straight forward dealer. Has been helpful and respectful throughout the process. Enjoyed the process versus what I was encountering at the OEM dealerships.

Had a great experience buying our 4runner here. They were honest and transparent throughout the whole transaction. We had one issue with the AC the week after we bought the vehicle, and they fixed it at no charge with no questions. Definitely recommend for a stress free experience.
