I always enjoy my experience here. I feel so special and well taken care of. The stylists are all fantastic and answer all my hair care needs. I never have to wait long and my hair feels fresh, rejuvenated, and absolutely flawless. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is in need new look and wants to be pampered. You will not regret it.

Christina was amazing . She was super friendly and knowledgeable .She took her time listening to what i wanted and i was so happy with the balyage. Ive had it done elsewhere but just wasnt happy until now !The salon was super clean and everyone was wearing masks.Everything from start to finish was great. I will definitely be back. If you are looking for a stylist i highly recommend Christina for any cut or color. She knows her stuff!

I have had a terrible experience with this salon, as I had booked a hair colour service and had asked for the stylist to add purple highlights which I was charged 200$ for, and it turned out be blue. she told me to go home and see and if I don’t like it i can get it fixed. I still decided to keep it but it literally washed out in 2 days and turned to green I was extremely disappointed with what had happened and called the stylist to let her know! She had told me that she could fix it. I was away on my vacation,as soon as i was back i tried to rebook it. She booked an appointment but then called back and canceled it day before the appointment and told me she will reschedule it. I called back to reschedule and they told me they can’t accommodate it anymore, i asked for the stylist and she rebooked me again. I was then called back by the salon to be told that i made stylist uncomfortable and she will no longer proceed fixing my hair and I will not be issued a refund off any sort and that I wouldn’t be welcome to book again. I was very frustrated with the situation as a client, who had paid for a service and was dissatisfied with the service as a business they should hear out there clients issues and try to resolve the matter in a professional way. Instead off ignoring the problem off an unhappy customer and being ridiculed they should have tried to de-escalate the matter. I would have even appreciated a 50% refund At the least. Very upsetting and disappointed would not recommend.

DONT buy gift cards unless you’re getting a service! Was very frustrated after purchasing a $130 gift card for a friend she didn’t want to use it on a service but instead wanted to purchase some products/shampoo’s etc was told that the gift was only redeemable for services… to me that doesn’t make sense you should be able to use it on a service or retail, either way the place would get they're money so I don’t understand. Very frustrated with how they handled the situation.

My Friend had a worst experience with this salon. They don't know how to treat their customers. Very bad customership, very rude staff. They need to hire good people who knows how to work properly and treat their customers. After seeing my friends hair i would never come this salon or would recommend anybody else to go their. If anybody wants to get their hairs ruined they are more than welcome to waste their money at this salon.

Hair cut and styling went great. Loved how I was taken in right away and how attentive the hairdresser was to styling and cutting my hair. Would give 5 starts except that the only complaint I have is with the wrong hours and pictures listed for The Loft. I got told today by the hairdresser that they switched management a few months ago, in which they are not known heavily about by the public. I think they would get more business if 1) they changed their name from its current one since they are now apart of Fade Factory 2) updated their hours on google and pictures because the pictures up right now are completely different to what it looks like now. I guess this place is under new ownership. clearly these this new owner Gagan has not run a salon before because as soon you walk in the front is turned into a barbershop , you are bombarded with insanely loud music and you have to walk through an entire group of men drinking and vaping just to get to the back where the salon is.walking into the back there is no professionalism there is one stylist who barely speaks English and one girl who is just learning how to do hair and she doesn't speak proper English either.0/10 do not bother coming in here.truly a shame lindsay is gone. she really put her all into that salon, and to see what has been done with it is extremely sad.

This was my first time at The Loft. Alexa was my hair stylist and she did a great job. Prior to coming here I had my hair coloured by a couple of other stylists at other locations who had years of experience-I ended up with colours I didn’t like. Alexa was able to deliver the colour I wanted. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and was a great person to talk to the entire time I was there. I will definitely come back and Alexa will hopefully be my hair person long term. Highly recommend her! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Pathetic. I went in for a GC for my best friend. I asked VERY specifically that everything go smoothly. I told them EXACTLY what she was going in for and made it clear I wanted to cover the cost plus a 20% tip in advance. I paid $180 and was assured she'd be treated like a queen.At the end, Ciara told my friend that I didn't pay enough and charged her extra money.The entire point of this was that my best friend was treated special and guilt free. Something she would never do for herself.Instead it became an awkward situation that cost her money. I'm beyond angry.Never give this place a second thought. Move on.
