If you go to this store, ask for Bill, he will be the best customer service encounter you’ll ever have. His level of due diligence and passion really shows when helping customers!! I was only able to repaint my whole condo as a first time painter due his help and great tips!!

I was advised to purchase paint here by a contractor, and needed to do a colour match on an old paint. I was only able to provide the store with a small sample, from which the owner decided the sheen was semi-gloss. I told him that it was eggshell, but naturally how would I know which sheen is on my own walls? He mixed it up as semi-gloss and sold it to me, along with the other 6 gallons of paint that were part of my purchase.I unfortunately didn't register that until I got home, and now they insist that I have to buy an entirely new gallon to replace it.I won't be replacing it from them, nor will I be returning in future.
