Wow... I can't help but laugh. I went to get some prices from this place in westgate shopping center. The lady told me we don't sell tickets to Africa, I said that's one I want a ticket to Kurdistan (middle east), she said that's Africa so no we don't sell tickets to that place!!... really? Africa ? Are you serious lady? MIDDLE EAST IS NOT IN AFRICA!!!! go to another career, because obviously you don't know your geography LMFAO ..what a waste to go here... lol

I took a trip with Travac Tours recently June 3 to 5 2019 to the Shaw festival and to see the play Come from Away. The experience on the whole was just okay. Problems were not with the Tour Director or the Bus Driver-both were amazing in their attitude, and care of their clients. Someone who made the reservations and purchased the tickets for the play Come from Away really and truly messed up. My much anticipated experience turned out to be a disaster in that the seats we were provided ( the first three rows from the stage) were so low that none of us could see the stage. I felt I was sitting in the bowels of the famous Theater as we could not see the stage and had a high wall blocking our view of the stage. Booster seats were provided on request but they did nothing to elevate the problem or the situation. Some of the clients on request and perhaps complains to the seating attendants were moved to balcony seats but the others were not offered this option. I went on this trip mainly to see the Come from Away play and I left feeling frustrated and cheated by the experience. I feel that compensation of some sought is in order from Travac Tours for this mess up on the ticket and seating front. I hope to hear from the Tour operator on this issue. This should serve as a warning to others planning to go on future trips to see the play.

The Pamukkale tour is far too short, giving only 30 mins for either Cleopatra's pool or the ruins (not enough time to do both) and then only 30 mins for the thermal waters. Pick up at hotel should be much earlier to facilitate a longer tour.

Travelled many times to many places. In USA AT LEAST 15 PLACESIN EUROPE 5 COUNTRIES. Always good service,hotels etc

This company has some of the best travel packages I've ever been on. From bus trips to NYC in central major hotels to European getaways with a nice balance between free time and touring. A representative escorts you from Ottawa airport through the challenge of changing planes, terminals etc. Any of the hosts I've encountered have been knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend this company to anyone who loves travel but dreads the hassles associated with getting to your destination.

The tour directors are very good but one of the office staff would definitely benefit from 'how to deal with customers politely' classes. Also generally the accomodations selected by this establishment are always overrated. Out of 4 trips, we ended-up with sub-standard unacceptable rooms 3 times (a bit much for anyone). It seems that in order to save money, consistency is not considered. It is VERY frustrating as a customer to see that our fellow travelers have been assigned good and even great rooms, while our rooms are sub-standard, uncomfortable and at times just plain terrible. We are paying the same amount of money for our trip and CONSISTENCY should be an essential concern for the company. We would prefer to pay a bit more for guaranteed comfortable accommodations and not be disappointed over and over.

I have used this Travel agency for over 10 years for booking large group trips through work and recently a personal vacation. The service offered by this agency, especially Cindy and her supportive team, is by far best I have ever had. Quick to offer solutions and ensure everyone is treated fairly (which can be a difficult task in big groups of students or family members when planning a family get away). They are quick to respond to questions either through email or phone and always do so with a smile. Would highly recommend, as they take the guess work out of booking travel and ensure that all points are covered (even ones that you would not think of on your own).

I joined the Picasso tour in Quebec. Cathy, (tour guide) and Pierre (driver) were so helpful, kind and patient with us throughout the weekend. I would return on a tour knowing these two were at the helms. They made it easy for us to follow covid protocols. I hope I can get to go on another tour with Cathy again, that woman has a heart of gold. Thanks to both Pierre and Cathy for making this trip so enjoyable!

Great tours! My husband and I did the NYC weekend tour, and it was a great balance of optional group activities and time to yourself. The hotel (Hilton in Manhattan) was amazing and very well situated, and the tour guide made sure our luggage was placed in and retrieved from our rooms quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend!

We have done many trips with Travac and enjoyed the experience very much.
