I have been to quite a few of these stores and these folks were definitely at the top. Easy access to test flavors, no harassment or pushy sales. To compare, I was in a store in Cambridge and needed coils. I showed them what I needed and they had to look up the type, then they told me my coils were hard to get and I should buy a new vaporizer instead. e-cigz however loomed at the coil and immediately knew what it was and got me exactly what i wanted while I was testing flavors.In short, you get exactly what you need, what you ask for, and the precise level of service you require.I have found my store.

Really can't complain here. Fast and friendly service in a busy location, great variety of products to choose from. A super busy location in Guelph. They deal with many different customers here all the time and do a great job.

Literally haven’t even bought anything yet but this place gets 5 stars just based on them having lemon lime ice (zpods). It’s literally sold out everywhere that I’ve looked at except here so I’m so happy to have found out about this place today! PLEASE NEVER DISCONTINUE IT:)

Best vape store in Guelph! Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly always. So many flavours and products to chose from. Anytime you have a problem with a vape or don’t enjoy the flavour they are more than happy to let you swap! Great atmosphere… and bonus dogs are welcome!!!

E-Cigz Vape Shop goes above and beyond every time I walk through the door. Beyond their beautiful store front, E-Cigz offers everything you could want. I have never even heard a rumour about a store that carries as much as E-Cigz. They have amazing customer service that ensures you not only get the proper device and flavour that suits your life style, but they also have knowledge on how to best use your device. They are very professional and from what I have seen they do an amazing job ensuring every customer is over 19. They respect their customers and health on their journey leaving tobacco behind which I find very admirable. All in all I recommend E-Cigz because they have amazing service, are very kind, and have amazing prices for all you can imagine!

Very helpful staff. Just bought a kit for my wife. The lady was very knowledgeable, even threw in a couple samples for the wife to try. Well stocked store unlike many others. Definitely will be going back.
