From the moment I walked through the door to when I drove off the lot, Chris was there to greet and assist me in my hunt for a new SUV. I picked up the car later in the day and Chris, Kris and Brandon stayed around the dealership for an extra hour to make sure I had everything I needed with my new car. They were awesome at every step of the process, answering any questions I had along the way! Very excited to be driving a new Kia!

Very helpful staff. I had been to a couple other dealerships before coming to Wheaton Kia. When I walked in Cassie approached me quickly and was friendly and knowledgeable. She had answers to all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. In the couple months that I waited for my vehicle to arrive Cassie was very quick to respond to any questions I asked her. Honestly have never dealt with a more competent, pleasant salesperson.When I picked up my vehicle, Susan was also very helpful and while she did explain all the optional coverages, she wasn't pushy, which I appreciated.Overall I would rate Wheaton Kia as a great dealership to buy a vehicle from. On the day of pickup they made it a great experience with the red ribbon and all. Cassie took the time to sit in the vehicle with me to get me familiar with it and the options in it. It’s been about a week now that I’ve had my car and I’m living it so far (2023 Kia Sportage X Line Limited).

Just bought my car from Wheaton Kia and I have to say the service was top notch. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such down to earth individuals that do not have an agenda. I have shopped for cars in the past where it feels like a hostage taking and you feel pestered. Not with these guys. Full on class from the staff. Chris and Kris made buying a vehicle at Wheaton Kia very straightforward and accommodating for me. They took my needs for work and family seriously in my vehicle purchase and terms of the sale were well explained. Chris was thorough and exceptionally helpful explaining every feature I needed assistance with in gaining comfort in my new Santa Fe. In my previous experiences at other dealerships, I have never had a person take as much time as Chris did to make sure I was satisfied and that I had gained an understanding of all the wonderful capabilities my new vehicle has. Very pleased with the service we received at Wheaton Kia. I called to see if we could test drive a vehicle, they had it pulled up to the door and warmed up by the time we got there. Every staff member was friendly and hospitable from the moment we walked through the doors. Our sales rep Greg was knowledgeable, thorough, approachable, relaxed and never once made us feel pressured to buy. The finance manager, Kris, was patient and personable, taking time to explain all of our options for financing and the pros and cons to each option. When we decided to buy, they promptly had the car detailed, fueled up, shone up, the paper work completed and had us on the road in a short time frame. AND BEST OF ALL WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE CAR! It rides great, its beautiful, suits our needs and is great on gas. THANKS TO KIA STAFF FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

The staff at Wheaton Kia made my recent car-buying experience very easy. I love that salespeople don’t attack you like a vulture when you get to the lot. The salesman (Chris) went over all the features of my car to ensure I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot. Greg is an awesome salesman. Straight forward, upfront and genuinely cares about his clients. I have bought and sold and traded in many cars throughout the years and always go to Greg first and most of my deals have been completed successfully with him and with Wheaton Kia.
