Beautiful flowers, but customer service might need improvement. I ordered two arrangements, same arrangements for two different recepients. One was cancelled as they thought it was ordered by mistake. Had a bit of an argument over the phone as they insisted that it was the same recipient when I have two separate confirmation emails.Finally agreed on a new delivery. I was informed that the arrangement was not going to be the same one I order Ed, but I was still charged the same amount and also the delivery fee. Not trying to tell how to run the business, but free delivery would have been on point.

I ordered the teleflora's pretty pastel bouquet for my sister for Valentine's Day. What arrived was nothing like the picture. The vase was completely different and the bouquet was only pink without any of the purple flowers. The flowers were also very different with completely different greenery and babies breath which is not included in the bouquet online. I understand if changes need to be made due to the seasons or low stock but I never received a call or email about these changes and was charged the same amount for cheaper flowers. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed. If you're not able to provide the product advertised, notify your customers before-hand and offer them a solution.

SANTADecember 2013.Excellent florist ,save my day on December when we hade the ice storm ,I neededflower for a birthday party .they did such beautiful and elegant centre pieces anddelivered them on such a bed weather in Markham. also the centre pieces lasted 1 week and a half. They are very friendly and reliable I will give them a 5 star

Valentines Day is usually a crazy day for flowers at the last minute....drive by this place every day but never had an opportunity to order flowers...until today...was greeted over the phone by a lovely voice, which matched the person when I went to pick up an arrangement for a special person and had a wonderful first time experience...I had options well described and was very satisfied with the family run business ... a happy valentines day story

I have been purchasing flowers for decades from Dominic and Anna. they have been wonderful and service is beyond belief. I always recommend friends and family their service. Can't go wrong with them.

When ordering a flower delivery, they had cancelled the order in error. After replying to the cancellation email they quickly resolved the issue and had the delivery made. Aside from the small initial hiccup the service was A+ and would recommend them.

Wonderful customer service. The lady was so sweet and compassionate. I was grabbing flower's for my sister's father-in-law, he was in the hospital. She asked me which ward- I responded respiratory. I order an arrangement for someone very special. I went with the Fashionista Bloom because of the clean, elegant look of the arrangement. What my friend received was far away from being clean and elegant . Very disappointed and all the reasons Anna gave me for messing this arrangement does not change the fact that what my friend received was not special..just an ordinary vase with flowers in.

I've been ordering flowers from many different florists over the years and I can tell they know their trade. I dealt with the one of the owners, Domenic. I told him how much I wanted to spend for a mixed floral arrangement for my mother. I referred to their website and he suggested an arrangement but it would not include roses because of the extra cost at this time of the year. I found out after it was delivered that some pretty roses were added to the arrangement, which made it even more perfect. My mother loves it and she won't stop talking about the flowers. I can't thank you enough and I really appreciate the time and effort taken. I look forward to using your services again. Thanks!

I ordered from Extravaganza florist last minute for my GrandFathers funeral. Anna from the store was so caring and thoughtful, and made the most beautiful arrangement for my family. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
