My name is Navpreet. I had recent ultrasound at 39 week pregnancy. Due to snowstorm, I was late for my appointment by half hour. But, the staff was so nice, that they managed to gave me next appointment in few minutes and also technician Sandra was also very polite and calm. I am really happy with my experience.

I visited Oakville ultrasound on two consecutive days for different procedures and I can’t say enough about the excellent staff and overall experience. Staff is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made me feel immediately comfortable and my appointments were on time and efficient. Would definitely recommend booking here for any services they offer.

Staff is absolutely amazing. Very kind, courteous and understanding. Doctor was amazing as well. My only complaint is the mandatory masks. It’s time to move on from that. For those who want to wear one so be it. I would imagine that if someone is not feeling well they would stay home at this point. Other than that my experience was great! Thank you !

The technician was very accommodating since my bladder wasn't full enough for the ultrasound because I didn't drink enough water in time. They let me wait and took me after other customers, eventhough I had was unprepared for my own scheduled appointment. I appreciated this consideration, especially since they are a busy clinic and could have had me re-book my appointment.

Amazing service, staff are very kind and prompt. My technician Rachel was so lovely, she explained each step of the process with a trauma informed approach. She put me at ease and made the experience truly pleasant. I do not live in Oakville but will certainly travel to this location again if I ever need another ultrasound.

I was trying to make an appointment with another clinic and every time I tried I would get disconnected. I saw all the great reviews on True North and booked an appointment. Anjelina was my technician and was very pleasant and professional. I was there for a kidney and bladder ultrasound. At the end of that she asked if I would want her to do a pelvic ultrasound since I was there and to get a better picture of my organs. She must have seen something to warrant that but did not say. Thank you so much Anjelina - because of your intuition, I discovered that I have an issue that I would never have known about and that needed attention.

Had to make an appointment here as all other labs couldn’t accommodate my circumstances. I was pleasantly surprised though and had a great time here. The facility is very neat and clean. We didn’t have to wait for too long for our appointment. And the technician was super friendly and made my husband and I very comfortable throughout the whole visit. Also super handy that there’s a Tim Horton’s and Starbucks right outside so you have somewhere to wait if you get here too early, haha. Great staff and facility!

True North Ultrasound was exceptional. The staff was kind and so helpful. Punctuality was also amazing as I had absolutely no wait time. The minute I checked in, they called my name right away. It clean and so welcoming. Will definitely be coming back here and will recommend to family members and friends.

I have been here twice so far and have to say it’s been the most pleasant ultrasound experience. The technicians are friendly and informative. The clinic is clean. The receptionists pleasant despite clearly being very busy (there can be a long hold time). Even though they don’t do blood work and it would be convenient to have a one stop shop for the purposes of my lab needs, it’s worth coming here for ultrasounds and definitely recommend True North Imaging
