Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever gotten from an LGS.My order was shorted due to limited inventory and the team at J&B hand wrote a note explaining the situation and backfilling my order with spare product. Amazing staff, great selection and the place is huge. We were looking to add to our Magic the Gathering card collection and were pleasantly surprised at the volume of cards available to choose from.Do you collect? You need to check this place out, they probably have it, if they don't, ask, they may be able to order it in for you.

Very disappointed to find out how high of a markup JB is setting. 215.00 for a box of cards that retails for 149.99 online, and sells for 160.00 at a local store in Belleville. Will be hard to bring my business back to this establishment.

Great customer service, everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful in helping you decide. One side deals in fiction and non-fiction books, and the other dealing in gaming.

J&B is a great place to go. They have a wide variety of books, comics, games and sports/trading cards. Lots of fun things to look at and the owners are very friendly people!
