I went in for a watch band. Heather helped me find the right style and even got the size perfect :). It's better than the one my watch originally came with. Feels AND looks great. Might go back for another just for a little extra style haha. Great great products, even better staff, 10/10 recommended.

The female employee at the North Bay Mall changed 2 watch batteries. She was helpful in providing information regarding the types of batteries and costing. I had a Timex Expedition and Guess watch looked after. It was a pleasant experience all round and I will be back. Thank you ☺️

Had two watch batteries changed, including a diver watch would appeared to be more difficult than a regular watch. Kysten was a pleasure to deal with and had the watches ready to go, time and date set properly before we returned after a tour of the mall. Highly recommend!
