They have an industrial strength line of tools, better quality than the big box stores, they have a lot of stock, and if they don't have it, they will get it in fairly quick. They stand behind their products too. Staff is always helpful.

Not impressed with their lack of knowledge or 3 week delivery on common stuff like 4 aluminum cam lock caps etc I've ordered twice in last month because they are local but both orders took weeks and arrived wrong."

I recommend Industrial Choice to anyone. They were extremely helpful. I was looking for a few items couldn't find one of them at their store and the staff went over and beyond calling other stores in the area to try and help me out. You don't normally find that kind of service anymore. If I could rate over 5 stars I would.

Prices ok...I've checked on tools a few times but I hesitate to buy when nothing is priced and they pull a calculator out to see what they'll charge you. I prefer Milbank Hardware.
