Decent place to work at . Good work and co workers . Pretty cool lead hands. but inconsiderate supervisors and hr department . I was terminated due to abscences when i was granted time off for mental health reasons from HR/supervisors including having written time off doctor notes etc. Still fired me . They only care for the product not the livelihood of there hardworking employees

One of the worse employer's in Lethbridge !! The staff are great but under the direction of some of the worst people i have meet in a longtime. No work home life, they only care about their product and nothing else. You get written up for being sick even with them being the one to send you home or to the hospital. Paid is very poor and then you have to put up with the management staff it not worth it. They use people......and not for the goodDONT APPLY OR WORK HERE large turn around on staff

Such an awful place in my own experience. But guess what, I spoke to a manager about my complaint and she just hanged up on me for telling the truth about the atmosphere and the climate of this place!!! For me, if you don't accept criticism about yourself or the company, I call it unprofessionalism. I just don't know the exact language for this but it's awful. Oh and I did my research well for the matter of fact before writing this.
