Essential Hearing Services
I was reluctant to admit I needed help and nervous going in but the staff made me feel at home. The testing is quick and not evasive. No pressure and you make up your own mind. I can't imagine just how much I have missed and I am trying to get used to all these new sounds. Staff explain everything fully answering all questions and invite you to call or drop in with any questions anytime. Their work is impeccable and they make you like you are a friend. A BIG THANKS to all the staff at Essential Hearing for giving me my life back.

Very caring staff, they were very patient with me and helped me figure out the WSIB process for my hearing aids. I've come back for some help and was not charged for anything. Wonderful, caring people and good prices.

I explained that I can't wear headphones (brain surgery) and yet as the first option for my hearing test they pass me headphones. I was in tears and my hand was shaking attempting to put them on. I couldn't do it. THEN I was offered the tiny little ear tube things and we proceeded. I felt like I wasn't heard and had to subject myself to the headphones to PROVE I couldn't wear them. Horrible and I will never go back. PS - tell the client in Ottawa to go to a store in Ottawa. You need both hearing aides to calibrate them.... Should they go days without them so they can send them to Brantford?

Outstanding service! They are a very professional, helpful, and courteous clinic. I recently brought my grandmother Grace here to get her hearing tested and fitted for hearing aids. Abby went out of her way to find government programs and incentives that we qualified for, which greatly reduced the cost we had to pay. I have been here a few times now and am always greeted with the same welcoming attitudes and smiles from all the staff. 10/10 would recommend.

I've had hearing aids for a long time. The Manager and audiologists have incredible understanding of diverse hearing impairment. Admittedly, the over the ear, highest technology has been a longer adjustment. The problem isn't the product, it's wearing glasses and Covid-19 mask as well that had to be learned. However, the complex settings for a variety of sound applications is worth being patient. These professionals have given me back a lot of the clarity I wished for. Thank you one and all.
