If I could I would give minas stars this company has been by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They rarely answer their phones, employee's have no empathy for people in need of a medical product such as a wheelchair and absolutely don't care about what your needs are as long as they get their money. I have had to deal with them several times and not once have I ever had a positive experience. The employee's have been extremely disrespectful to my family and I.

Scott Mitchell provided exceptional service. He's knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. He even offered to walk our purchase to the car as it was rather large. (Not so much heavy, as much as awkward while also supporting my 94-year-old grandmother walking - but he noticed immediately and offered before we need ask) definitely worth the excursion out to Bayer's Lake for such a superb experience.

I went to Harding Medical for bathroom safety equipment when my dad was at home. The service was very fast and convenient, and the technician was kind and professional. My dad lived with dementia so I appreciated the patience and compassion of the technician. I highly recommend Harding for both the products they offer as well as the service and kindness they showed us.

In 2012 I bought my 1st GOGO Elite Traveller & used it from am to bedtime everyday (cannot walk due to ms & previously broken spine). I had only 1 minor problem that Harding promptly fixed. Bought the same GOGO in 2019 & had a couple mechanical issues (scooter problems are rare) that were quickly resolved thanks to the great crew @ both Harding Medical & Pride Mobility. They honored my warranty & exceeded my expectations for service. Cannot emphasize enough of how professional, prompt & straightforward they have been. Service people (like the last - a very kind & helpful gentleman named Shaun) have all been knowledgeable, conscientious & quick to tackle any issue. I highly recommend Pride Mobility scooters - especially to those with wheelchairs who have trouble transferring/carrying things/reaching counters, or are somewhat weak. Especially important if your home is not totally wheelchair accessible ie: no low sinks or counters (like mine). Their scooters will give you about 3-4 more height

I would never recommend this company for medical needs or wheelchair maintenance and sales. I ended up in hospital to have surgery on my feet and almost died from sepsis because of negligence in repairing a stupid footplate. Using wrong sized screws causing cuts on my feet that went septic. THEY CANT BE TRUSTED

Harding Medical have upgraded my bathroom to make showering safer and I am extremely pleased with results.

Have purchased a wheelchair that took 8 months to assemble and be picked up. And called to get a roho mattress piece patched; 1 of 3 on the bed. Was told it would take 2-3 days to patch as it takes 12 hours for the adhesive to set. I rigged blankets on the mattress where the missing piece was for the wait. 2 weeks later and 4 calls later. It wasn't even touched yet. Arranged ton have them picked up (1 hour drive) and delivered to family first medical in new Minas. (4 hours there from here and back from there to new minas) got a call the next morning and picked up the section of the mattress. After the mattress piece was already picked up I reviewed a call from the harding medical store manager. He just called to say if I brought it back he could have it done the next day. I told him I was taking my business elsewhere. It's been 4 months since then and I still have the pressure sore on the inside of my right ankle from those two weeks. I wash it with saline and bandage it everyday. 4 months. Still there. Disappointed is an understatement. Your lack of diligence has put a bigger burden on my already burdened life. Thanks for nothing.

I rented a wheel chair and ended up getting a much better chair than anticipated. The service was great and price was respectable.

Very helpful response to pressing needs of overseas visitors to Nova Scotia. The staff went out of their way to see that our problem was solved.

Would not recommend this service. They dont disclose their no return policy even for unopened and unused equipment.
