Entire other half of order omitted when going through drive thru. When we finally got our food the patty was way past food safe, so cold the cheese didn't even melt, nuggets smelled burnt like the oil hasn't been changed in a while, same with the fries. The fries were also cold and had little burnt pieces that looked like black pepper. One of the worst quality McDonald's in a while.

Yikes what happened to fast food? Ordered two basic burger meals no extras $29 and we had to wait quite a while. No wonder there are less families going to fast food. Definitely hit a pub next time.

Is it hard to put onions on a mcdouble? I have to check my burger everytime i go now cause they don't put onions on the burger, or if they do there are like 5 little pieces. I asked for extra onions once, they gave me a mcdouble with three pieces of the onion slices they put on the quater pounder. and finding lettuce on burgers that don't get lettuce is just a sign saying our kitchen is a mess". and all this isn't during a rush

Worst McDonalds I've ever seen. Ordered a quarter pounder with a LG fry. Got a bun and a burger that's it. What a joke. I'll be going to Wendy's next time I drive by. Not to mention as far as cleanliness goes this store has alot to be desired. Just drive on past.

Stopped for gas and coffee, and happy meal for the little. I placed my order using the kiosk. There was 8 orders ahead of mine. The happy meal was ready right away and they filled the other orders but so many customers on their phones were too busy to pick up their orders. But... no one wanted to make the ice coffees so I had to wait while they filled another 10 orders. All they had to do was fill them as they came up but chose not to. Terrible customer service.

Wasted 30 minutes of our trip waiting for our to go order. People got their food and drinks and left before we did. Finally I noticed this was happening and asked about it. The worker showed me my bag of food sitting there and asked the woman making drinks to make ours. Not sure why people's coffees, who were behind us, were getting made before ours, but they were. 30 minutes later we were on the road again, pulled out our food to eat, and realized the breakfast sandwiches were cold and the hash browns were soggy from sitting in the greasy wrapping. Ugh!

The food came out very quickly despite the large number of customers. The server that pass the food was also kind. What was a little disappointing was that the table was not perfect clean.

It was busy at the tine we ordered food. We used the kiosk so that its a little bit faster, we got our food not too long and our order was right.About the store, lots of garbage by the entrance, the washroom is not well maintained, no toilet roll in the cubicle that used, the water from the faucet has too much pressure to the point that my shirt got splash of water from washing hands.The restaurant is outdated like the design but i like their fryer, i believe it was touch screen.That’s all.
