Corporate Uhaul rentals are really good as you deal with a local person for the contract but when dealing with the call centres, they are just horrible and make massive mistakes every time from the rates to the time of pick up and return to the location, etc. Essentially, anything they can mess up, they do and because of a call centre, you only find out as you are picking up or dropping off...you have to babysit them and the paperwork.If you're not a busy person, babysitting adults may be an exercise you wish to have but if you are a busy person, it becomes an exercise in frustration.Prepare yourself ahead of time to have your time wasted.

Went to purchase some moving boxes after verifying on Uhaul's Canadian website for price. This location sells the boxes, but charges much more than posted price.

2 stars for Uhaul...as I cannot separate the effort of this gas station owner and the poor quality of Uhaul service....the rented car is not available where you booked it......the last minute changes of a pickup location...innitial pricing does not match the final invoice....just a headache and uncertainty thru the whole renting process...not good..UHAUL..FIX your system!!!!

Priced right. Easy pick up and return. Vehicles could use some cleaning up.

Very rude and ignorant with zero customer service.

This was a nightmare had a reservation for 3pm took the guy 25 minutes to process took about six pictures of my license. Asked for a receipt said only email would be provided asked how much it would cost said he didn't know and I get a notice text on my phone to check vehicle for damages before I left 10 minutes after I Left. Ended up being $142.00 for less than 4 hours and 153 kilometers I complained and he just kept saying call customer service. I will use discount car rental next time uhaul is a joke and way too expensive it was a terrible experience.
