JC Agri Orchards

Love this Apple orchard that isn't too far outside of the city and the apples taste amazing. There are plenty of one's to choose from, but I personally like Courtland and Honeycrisp.While picking apples it's unfortunate to see how many go to waste, there were probably at least 1/4 of all the apples that were either already on the ground or had bad spots hanging off of the trees. Wish there was a way to make use of them, like using them in animal feed or something.

Good quality, fair prices, not a commercial scam like other places. Highly recommend the Silken apple variety!

Enjoyed our trip here. Peaceful place, friendly staff, reasonable prices, infact they were giving 10 lbs. free if you took a 20 lbs. bag on Sunday Sept 27.A big shout out to the person working up front who chucked out a car that cut the line to get into the orchard. Instant karma! Very satisfying!

Very nice place to bring our little ones.We had great time of exploring many verities of apples. Apples are very juicy and fresh.we had a tractor ride. Kids had great time of playing around the play area.

Great place to go for a family outing. My toddler loved it. Staff were super friendly and helpful . They had social distancing measures in place so wait times to get in was about 30-45mim depending on what time you go. Overall Great experience!

Get straight to picking!If you're looking to get straight to the apple trees and start picking, JC Agri Orchards is the place. There's no admission fee and no parking fee. There's no petting zoo, hay maze or play zones. You go there for apple picking.We needed some McIntosh and Cortland apples for a pie recipe, so we checked the website to see if those apples were ready (they were) and we went picking. The quality of apples was superior. There's nothing like using freshly picked apples for a fall apple pie.Minus half a star because it was so busy that there was a line up down the road to enter the orchard. We just parked on the side of Jane street instead and walked five minutes to the orchard. It wasn't a big deal.The prices were OK. Orchards seem to be more expensive than the grocery store but you get better, fresher apples that aren't all bruised or moldy. I recommend JC Agri Orchards!

$5 entry fee per person. No parking fee. Apples are paid for by weight, certain premium apples will cost more.I went during mid September and it felt like most good apples were already picked. Since there are no ladders the top better apples could not be picked.When we went there was live music and a short tractor ride. There’s also butter tarts and apple pies for purchase.

Great experience at this orchard! Large variety of different types of apples with lots of space to explore. The parking is very close to the orchard so it's a good place to bring little ones who might not have the energy to walk as far. We got there early and the lineup to get in was short. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the prices were reasonable. We're looking forward to returning when even more varieties of apples are ready to pick! We had lots of fun and filled our bags quickly! If you have more time to stick around they have special events on the weekends.

Friendly and hard wotking staff. The apples are fresh and delicious. Well planned access allows good flow of visitors into and from the farm. The shop used to have so much local produce in previous years.. not so much anymore
