Can’t say enough about this bike shop. The tech that looked after my bike was so thorough and helpful. I Would definitely recommend this bike shop!

Although I haven’t bought a bike here, I have utilized their bike maintenance services countless times. The work completed was fast and professional with very friendly and courteous service.I recently brought a friend by this fall to buy a new Trek mountain bike. I helped him through the process and he was extremely happy with their efforts to find home the right bike and get it set up to his specs.They also have a very large retail space with all types of bikes for all riding styles. Their accessory selection is large including clothing and footwear.Lots of street parking but they also have their own reserved customer only parking which is convenient as they are located on a busy street.

I needed a quick fix to get me back on the bike for tomorrow for BC Bike Race and these guys took care of me super quick. Amazing service, fast and very nice to deal with. I highly recommend these guys when riding in the Cowichan area!

I was visiting Duncan (moving there later this summer) with my cousin from Germany. We were planning to go mountain biking but it turned out my bike needed a brake bleed service. We went to Cycle Therapy after being turned down at another shop (due to their long backlog) and they were able to help us out and get my bike fixed within about 20 minutes!!!Needless to say, I know where I will be going to get any bike services done from now on!

Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and helpful. As a novice cycler, this place felt comfortable. The mechanic was kind and explained the bike workings and maintenance to me as well, while he was checking the wear on my chain. Found everything I came in for!

Absolutely top notch bike shop. I was visiting from out of province and was in search of a Gravel bike to rent. At the time Cycle Therapy wasn’t renting Gravel bikes but the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and rented me a beautiful Trek Checkpoint for the day, they equipped me with a lock, tube, bottle cage and really made my trip to Duncan a memorable one. Thanks again to this incredible bike shop for saving my vacation, I will definitely be headed back to Cycle Therapy the next time I’m in town.

This company has been amazing to me. They have helped me purchase a great bike. They help me maintain my bike and prepare it seasonally for my rides. I recently had an issue and was under a time crunch, they slipped it in and got me fixed up right away. If you are looking for a bike I would choose this company over the rest. What a great crew at Cycle Therapy! - Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable! There are local bike stores in my neighbourhood, but it's worth my while taking the extra travel time to get things done right.A thoroughly enjoyable experience working with them and I look forward to my next time at the store. Went in for some new tires, don't really know much about current brands and options and grabbed some tubeless tires. (i'm not very knowledgeable about bikes at all). I always prefer to talk to someone knowledgeable in a shop than research myself online, so the first time i went in I didn't ask the right questions. The tires didn't work out but they tried their best to fit them. They didn't charge me a dime despite the work, and swapped the ones that didn't fit for another brand and size at no cost. Truely awesome people working here, especially the techs/mechanics who are willing to answer my dumb questions and go out of their way to help. Friendly and inviting vibe in the shop, will be back.
