Excellent experience from start to finish. No surprises. Dustin communicated well and was always available when needed throughout the project. The work finished on time and within the quoted budget. The quality of work is second to none. Measure twice cut once. They ensured everything was level and square. Time was taken to ensure things were perfect. They work a full day and always cleaned up any mess made. In a good way, the whole experience was uneventful. They did what they said they were going to do. And by the way, the deck looks FANTASTIC! work.

From the first visit Aztec Decks made an impression. Dustin was punctual, professional, and actually pointed out challenges I had not seen.For two years my wife and I were trying to get a deck built. We had almost given up hope, but we reached out to Aztec Decks for a quote. Dustin did a site inspection, and provided a detailed well written quote. We engaged him to construct the deck in the early fall of 2019. Over the next month, he secured the necessary permits and he and his crew built the deck. During the process he explained each stage and showed up for work when he said he would. Dustin construction skills, and attention to detail was amazing. He even had to adjust the railing design mid-stream due to the city regulatory requirements, and he handled this change with professionalism and made it low stress for us. He and his crew were also very careful moving supplies back and forth, and cleaned up and secured the work site every night. I have been in the construction business for many years and I have rarely seen Dustin's attention to detail, and work ethic. He is truly a master craftsman.In the end, Aztec Decks built us an amazing deck that exceeded our expectations.Bottom line: Aztec Decks will build you a superior deck, to code, and for a reasonable cost. Two big thumbs up! As well as being professional, friendly and diligent, Dustin is a true artist at his craft. We are so happy with the outcome! Our dogs are happy too - the deck is the perfect height for them to jump on and off. Dustin was thankfully able to complete things in the anticipated time frame. Our only regret is not getting a privacy wall on both sides, so we hope Dustin will be able to squeeze us in next spring for this (*hint hint)! Now we know why he's in such high demand!
