Courtney has been our nanny for nearly a year and we couldn’t be happier! Our son is so advanced in his milestones and we know it’s because of the dedicated time he has with her every day. She has great suggestions for us as parents regarding his development, whether it’s ideas for meals, games and activities to play, or even just stretches to do with him - all from her extensive experience working with children and other families. When we first started working with her and were nervous new parents, she took the time to explain what she was doing with him so we could continue on her days off. She worked with us on his schedule and has always collaborated well with us. She is very mindful of safety and prioritizes the child’s well-being above all else, and we feel very comfortable leaving our son in her care. We feel as though we truly have a parenting partner in Courtney. Our son loves his time with her and we are so happy to have Courtney as part of our family!
