Sheri and Jackie at the store were wonderful and very helpful answered all my questions and concerns, Jackie came to my home once the tub was installed and went overhow to do the chemicals and testing and helped with any questions I had . she was also very thorough with doing the measurements before the installers came with the tub so there were no issues The installers were also awesome. They took their time to ensure all was properly in place.. This is the second time I have gone to J Adams for a hot tub and highly recommend them

WOW! Sherri and Jackie are hot tub ROCKSTARS! Sherri was amazing throughout the buying process. She took the time to explain the tubs available and the features of each tub. The low pressure sales approach is exactly what my wife and I wanted and experienced. After installation, Jackie came to my home and ran through the hot tub as well as the maintenance schedule. J Adam & Sons has made this an easy process and made me feel comfortable with asking questions. Amazing service based company!

I had done a fair bit of research on different types of hot tubs before I walked into J Adams. When I go there I was helped by Sherry who was very helpful but not trying to push a sale. In the end we purchased our hot tub from Sherry and have had tremendous product support throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing your next hot tub or pool from J Adams and Sons! *****

2023 Still fantastic service way better than any other place o have contacted etc Sheri is a gem and the rest of the team is amazing as well finally upgraded to a big boy 4712018 FANTASTIC service been all over town trying to understand pool chemicals and they new exactly what I needed right off the bat will defiantly be back and reccommemd to anybody !
