Very pleased to share this review. I contacted Jesse because I had a backup in my basement. He was very polite and professional and told me Josh would be at my place in a couple of hours. Josh arrived right on time and was efficient and courteous. Eel service was provided and I was amazed to see the camera view of where the blockage occurred. Both Josh and Jesse discussed the options for dealing with my larger issue and I appreciated their advice. Thank you!!

Our main floor toilet had a bad clog which affected our bathtub and our separate stand up shower so of course we tried all of the old fashioned ways to fix it but no luck. We don’t have a drain toilet cleanout so I wanted to make sure that the plumber had at least a 100ft eel for the job. Josh arrived within 2 hours from the initial call and cleared the clog! The service was quick, efficient and reliable! We will definitely use them again in the future - do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time calling other plumbers because Windsor Plumbing & Eel is the best out there!

My sewer was clogged, and when I tried 3 other companies they wanted to schedule me for days later. Windsor Plumbing came out and did the repair within 4 hours. They were onsite and on time exactly when they said they would be!

Had a problem with a basement backing up. I called Windsor Plumbing & Eel, and they were able to send out a couple of technicians the same day! Not only that, but they were able to arrive ahead of schedule.We had Josh and Curtis as our techs and both were incredibly courteous, professional and understanding. They were able to assess the situation and fix the problem in no time. I cannot say enough about those two (and Jesse over the phone)!If you want quality service, there is no other place. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone who will listen. 10/10!

We had problem with our toilet which was already installed and was giving a hard time to us, we saw Jesse on google and with great reviews we decided to call him. He was at our location asap and we explained him the whole thing and he got on it, he completed everything within an hour and even cleaned all the mesh and everything was just like before working in perfect condition.I highly recommend there plumbing services and they are budget friendly too.

Jesse was responsive and professional in coordinating a time with me, Josh showed up in the time range they booked, took his boots off at the door, and right to work. We needed to do a camera check around all the drainage systems of the house they were clean with their work, fast and effective, polite and helpful. Highly recommend them, and will use them again.

Josh who works with Windsor Plumbing & Eel was not only professional, but made time to talk through the various plumbing issues, what happened, how it would be fixed and was mindful in cleaning up after everything was fixed. Called in with a leaking pipe in my basement. Owner walked me through a few steps to get the leak to stop until he could get someone out. Sent someone out the next day and the guy was very professional, and you could tell these guys are honest. The work was very well done and I found the pricing to be very reasonable. Would highly recommend.
