No doubt service is good about the sale stuff about plan & device. But the worst part I don’t like is the accessories offered by the person named Satinder.I asked about any discount as i was getting new plan as new customer and he offer me discount on accessories. I just asked for screen protector and he denied he said i have to buy case as well only then he can apply discount. I agreed and said to go ahead and he never said me that he is perfectionist or not. But once he applied, I came back to home and i noticed he installed it incorrectly.Due to that, there are bubbles at the bottom.And i went back to the shop and he denied to replace it just because he said these are extra services we offered, i am not perfectionist , i already told you might be there is dust but no bubble for sure.And he denied to replace it and he said i can remove and try to apply it again but then no guarantee for bubbles, that is wrong and this is not our policy to take accessories back.He should know the value of customer and to treat customer as customer.He even didn’t try to look up for something else can be done or not.Worst service in term of selling accessories.I spent $67 for that and now i have to see that bubble everyday on my new phone.

I wonder can we stand simply to get paid for an hour, there were two employees and two computers to work with but MR.HET just stood there looking at his mobile phone for as long as I was there and they had customers waiting.

Was battling some billing issues with another company walked in for an inquiry on starting a new line with Freedom and I walked out with a new phone. Satinder was amazing, hilarious and gave all the information I needed and more. Quality customer service!

Came with lots of issues regarding phone and plan, but sales rep satinder was very polite and solved all my problems. I'll highly recommend home if I want to buy something or have issues.

Great service, Satinderpal was incredibly helpful and kind. He patiently answered all of my questions about plans and phones and went out of his way to get me the best bang for my buck.

I was told that the connection fee for the phone upgrade would be waived if I bought accessories. However, the connection fee was charged on the next bill. It looks like some sort of shady business is going on this location. The connection fee is not big deal, but I'm not happy about them deceiving a customer to sell accessories. Damaging freedom mobile brand name for sure. Hopefully they will do better business.

Horrible customer service put us in a contract and never gave us the phone said it would come in 3 days sent us sim card now they say there is no way to get phones how do we use the sim card without a phone they also said they will not cancel we are stuck this is a scam!!! Beware before going to this freedom location go the the one in the mall.

Love that they take cash as the Lynden park mall freedom mobile does not accept cash. Quick and friendly service.
