Both my partner and I have been using Executive-Bookkeeping for a few years now and I am so thankful we were recommended to them. Shannon is professional, knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to help us. She is a very friendly person which puts all the anxiety of doing your taxes at ease.

Managing tax returns could be challenging specially if you have not filed your taxes for few years. I was in that situation and was looking for help. I found Executive-Bookkeeping through google and due to good reviews, I decided to ask them to do that for me. I had a fantastic experience with them and especially their tax expert, Shannon Williams. She was extremely helpful in explaining my situation and all the details to me. We had few phone calls (she is very punctual, if she tells you she calls at a specific time, she would, so check your phone right at that time) and I signed few online forms and everything had been taken care of easily. I am very happy with the result and I would definitely ask her for the next year taxes as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to do their tax return or anyone who is in the same situation as me.

It's the second year I have hired Executive-Bookkeeping for doing my taxes, and each year Shannon gives me the best experience. Not only is she very professional and definitely knows her job through and through, but she is also a very fun character and a pleasure to deal with.I sleep easily during tax season because I know I can trust her completely with my taxes, I highly recommend her services and will definitely keep using them in the future.

Shannon was referred to me by a friend back in 2013 and I’ve been filling my taxes with her since then.!It’s been a real pleasure working with her throughout the years. She’s professional, polite and when I tell you this woman really knows her stuff - she really does. She literally gets stuff done.! From making sure you get every single benefit you’re entitled to - to making sure you get every penny back.!When I had a job transfer to a completely different province, I didn’t have to worry as Shannon is capable of filling for other provinces as well.!If you’re looking for an accountant, I highly recommend Shannon.!

We had a very bad experience with Shannon and Executive Bookkeeping (in my ever-subjective and humble opinion.) She is shady shady shady. Her reply below is slander and bizarre. All her replies to negative reviews are aggressive and mean spirited, note the red flag. I wished we had never engaged with this company. This was our awful (again, subjective from only my point of view) mistake! Always consider your choices wisely, dear public. I had a terrible experience with Shannon overall. In a nutshell, she charged me for her mistake, insulted me, didn't finish the service I paid her for, slandered me, blackmailed me, and if what she told me is true she was knowingly going to commit fraud under my name.At firts it was all great, but then I schedule an appointment to talk to Shannon over the phone and I gave her my number, which is foreign, so I told her that if she preferred I could call her instead on the day of the appointment, to what she didn't reply.On the day of the appointment she didn't call, so I emailed her asking if she had gotten my confirmation for the appointment, to what she later replied that she was sorry for the delay and asked if she could call me then, which obviously meant she hadn't tried to call me by the time she sent this email, and this was around 2 hours after the scheduled appointment.I then asked to reschedule, so we did, and she asked if I could call her number because she claimed that she couldn't reach me on the number I gave her. This time I ran into some issues and I missed the appointment, so I messaged her and she told me that we could not reschedule because I had missed my last two appointments and so I owed her $50.00. After she told me that, I asked her to please tell me which 2 appointments I had missed, and I took full resposability for the one that I did miss and paid the fee, but once I asked her to please enlighten me on the second missed appointment she just stopped replying to my messages.The next day I messaged her again, asking her to please give me an explanation, but again I got no reply so I sent her another message telling her that her attitude was very unprofessional becuase at the end of the day I was still her client. To this, she decided to reply insulting me and saying that she didn't want nothing more to do with someone like me and that since she had already sent me my income tax returns I could go ahead and mail them myself to the government.I do not recommend her at all, she is unprofessional, disrespectful and childish, and to make matters worse she will charge you for her mistakes. Her customer service is terrible and I would advise anybody who wants to hire her to just look elsewhere.UPDATE:I edited my review to add a few things that happened after posting this.For starters, Shannon's answer to my review is pure slander. I didn't lie to her at any point, since the beginning I told her that I was in Mexico and asked if when filling my tax forms I should put down the address that I had in Canada or the one that I have in Mexico, to what she replied that I should put down the Canadian address to speed things up.Later, when she emailed me trying to bully me and blackmail me by saying she would report me to the Canadian government for my allegedly illegal actions if I didn't take down this review, she pointed out that I could not put down my Canadian address in the tax forms because that would be lying to the Canadian government and it is considered to be fraud. So if that is true, then she was knowingly going to commit fraud under my name when submitting my tax slips, since she is the expert in the matter which is why I hired her in the first place, and she was always aware of my whereabouts.Also, I never verbally abused Shannon, but saddly she cannot say the same thing, and I have emails and whatsapp messages that prove everything that I've written here.Finally, I never collected CERB while I was outside of Canada, I was very clear about that since the very beginning too, and I'm pretty sure that the fact that I collected CERB at all should be protected by privacy rights because it is personal information, along with some other information in Shannon's reply, so just as the cherry on top we can say the she might not even protect your privacy as a client.BEWARE OF THIS ACCOUNTANT!!

Shannon Williams was so sweet and amazing at her job, help me with two years of taxes, was patient, and understanding of my situation, and even help me with things like changing my name and gender in the documents. And the return is not even what I except, is ten times better than I was expecting. I already start to recommend her to friends, the best accountant you can find in Montreal!

I wanted to update my review to include the fact that Shannon has been working on my taxes since 2011 and has always done her utmost best to give me results that I would be satisfied with. Quebec and taxes are always a horrible headache for me, but Shannon has always worked her magic to give me great results at an affordable price.I didn't have a complicated case last year, or this year, but I wanted to update my review to show people that she is quite consistent with her work and is always a name to trust when it comes to tax preparation. She's done my domestic and international taxes and I haven't any complaints.

I would highly recommend Executive-bookkeeping to anyone to have their income tax returns filed. Whether you want to file your taxes for business or personal reasons, Ms. Shannon Williams will provide you an excellent and professional service. Ms. Williams has filed my income taxes for the past 8 years and I trust her completely, she is thorough, courteous and honest. Whenever i have any questions or issues concerning my taxes; i already know that the outcome will be alright due to her experience and expertise. I have the upmost respect and confidence in Executive-bookkeeping and in Ms. Shannon Williams to file, complete my taxes and to provide the best service possible for me.

Working with Shannon was an excellent experience. She took all the anxiety out of doing my taxes and instead left me getting a generous return! She also provided an enormous amount of support helping me with particularly complicated problem with Revenu Quebec that took months to resolve and at no additional cost! Shannon really went above and beyond helping me!
