Virginia Slater has been our travel consultant for over 10 years. When Virginia is travelling or unavailable we work with Scarlett Hiller, the franchise owner. They both look after all our travel needs and we travel several times a year. For each trip we always have lots of questions and they handle everything in a timely and professional manner. We have enjoyed working with Expedia Cruises and will continue for many years to come.

September 16, 2022We just returned from our 4th Mediterranean cruise -- each one booked for us by Marie Walker, franchise owner of Expedia Cruises at the Windermere branch in Edmonton, Alberta. Marie has booked us on about 20 cruises -- including our first one in 2000. She and her team have assisted us through flight bookings, hotel arrangements, Hop-on Hop-off excursions in many European cities and has obtained several significant price reductions for us through Princess and various sales events. Marie's travel advice has always been thoughtful, timely and welcome because she and her team are truly experts at cruise travel !!- Roger & Sherri S

I just want to say a shout out to Joanne Carlyle, our travel agent with Expedia cruise and travel. She is AMAZING. We had a trip to Italy booked right when Covid hit and it was all canceled. She was on top of everything and kept us posted on any developments with all the cancelations etc. I emailed her today on behalf of my daughter on separate travel question re Covid and she went above and beyond to get me the answer. If anyone is needing a travel agent (which I’m so happy we did as I don’t know if we ever would have got through everything on our own!) I can highly recommend Joanne.

Kathie Brooks is our travel agent who helped us book a trip to Mexico for six people. Kathie was very thorough with the information provided, extremely helpful with all the booking details and provided exceptional support with managing the trip details. A package was provided with all the information for the trip and instructions on what to do before and during the trip. The attention to detail was was perfect, there was no detail missing. The trip itself was amazing and wonderful and we had no concerns or issues. The travel and transfers to and from our vacation location all went as planned and expected and it was a very smooth and worry free travel experience.
