I won't be going back. This office continues to have very low standards on time management. I told the doctor that I didn't understand why this continues so much. He didn't think anything wrong with waiting 45 minutes for a 2 minute review. I was respectful about my opinion on their chronic poor service. As I left Dr B said I hope your life gets better. Wow, he did! I turned back and told him my life's good and I'm giving you honest feedback on your scheduling and customer service. That's the type of quality Dr I don't need.

Had quite a problem booking for the first time. Booked in July, didn't get the appointment, got emails saying I could get in in late November. Went back on the website and was able to book a week out. They really need to be better organized. Will update after the appointment, if it happens this time.--------------------------------------------------------------------------Update: I've been coming here for almost a year now, and the practice improves each time I visit. The staff are patient and friendly, the doctors have all been very, very good in my time with them. I did have a bit of an issue initially booking, but they've improved booking since then quite a bit. I highly recommend going with this clinic.

My prescription has been mishandled because my doctor, stephanie, quit.I was supposed to be on a waiting list for my appointment that was cancelled in February.I called MANY times to try to fix my appointment since February. Each time I called, after hours of holding, I was told I was on a waiting list" and I could not be booked until the office did some "reorganization".I have now been completed "missed". No one called me to book my in for my appointment that was cancelled by my doctor. I don't even believe was ever in a list to be rebooked.Regardless

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Appointment length was appropriate. Quick but still offered enough time to provide health assessment and discuss concerns.Staff was very helpful is choosing a licensed producer based on planned use and cost effectiveness. Very pleased with the Winnipeg clinic and would recommend to everyone.

I don't usually write reviews but I have to say the service provided by Natural Health Services met and exceeded my expectations. Slight wait in the office for my first appointment, but based off previous reviews I read It was expected. Maybe a half hour at tops. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what was the best course of treatment for my issues. Answered all my questions. The education center downstairs was equally as good. Weren't pushy at all to certain LPs. Explained and showed me the differences between all my options. I had my appointment on Friday and by the following Tuesday my LP received my paperwork and was ready for my to order. Well done, would recommend to anyone.

They were good at beginning but gradually got worse. Gave me a hard time about my 3 month appointments but again fail to call to book it. Here I am 6 months later found a new doctor and they canceled my prescription before I even saw the other doctor. Find a different clinic. They really dont care about patients here. Seems to me all this place cares about is money.

Great staff and service, but the clinic almost seems to be operating beyond capacity. My appointments are rescheduled almost every time, then are rebooked again, due to unforeseen scheduling issues". It is impossible to get anyone to pick up a phone when calling...even their voicemail greeting says to leave a message

Nice clinic, friendly knowledgeable staff. Makes visit an enjoyable experience. I arrived an hour early and they were helpful getting me in before my appointment time. Much appreciated. The receptionist was polite & professional , the Nurse and Dr were helpful answered all my questions. I do recommend this clinic to friends and any person that asks me “Where can I go to obtain a medical card?” Please keep up the Great client service! Thank you, see you in 3 months.

They have improved the wait times since I was last there which I am very grateful about. However, my last appointment was a renewal for my registration. Quick in and out and easy (again great stuff). BUT almost a month passed and my renewal did not go through. I called to check and they said no worries, your registration has to expire before it renews which I thought sounded odd. Waited a few more days and my registration expired with absolutely no renewal. I called and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and helpful, but it is going to take a few more days or longer if things do not go smoothly to actually get my new registration. Not sure what the point of my renewal appointment was if the actual registration was not sent in. Their customer service is great but I am frustrated that I take the time out of my schedule to come in for these appointments for what seem like a waste of time. I am now sitting with an expired registration for who knows how long when I was a responsible patient and got the renewal a full month before the expiration date.

Got my card last year and the process of getting it was relatively simple. They were good and got me all setup no issues there. Since then I was supposed to have a follow-up. I showed up for the follow up at the scheduled time and they were closed. When I was finally able to get ahold of them later they had canceled and then rescheduled the appointment without contacting me. A little while later I got another email saying they have canceled and rescheduled this next appointment again without contacting me. This one they moved to during my friends wedding so obviously I couldn't make it but didn't notice it until Google reminded me I had an appointment with them when I was getting ready for the wedding.Their booking is horrible and I have tried to call multiple times on the phone to change address, book a new appointment and have yet to get through and talk to an actual person. Saw from my licensed producer that I need to renew something with them by June. Will likely try to switch to a different doctor unless they improve this service. As other reviewers have said I know of at least 5 people I have personally recommended to this place. Will not be doing that anymore or at least giving them a heads up on what to expect for service.Edit: Tried calling again today a few months later and was actually able to get though to a person right away. She was apologetic about the past booking issues and was very helpful in getting me the documentation I needed for my insurance claims. She also helped get me setup with a follow-up appointment to renew my prescription. Very Positive interaction. Hope this continues.
