Generic parkade. Not usually too full, fairly clean and well kept.

I came here for a covid test, it was very easy and convenient. In and out in 10 mins.

Oshawa was smart putting a large parking building smack in the middle of downtown. You can pretty well go anywhere you want within walking distance from this parking facility. One thing drivers should be aware of is if you enter off of King Street East you drive in the first left. This is because King Street is a one way street going eastbound. The exit is to the left of the entrance. As you circle to the top you are keeping to the left. This is different Ben Toronto where you are driving on the right. But it works once you get used to it. One-way streets are a good thing. And so is this parking lot in the sky.

Went for Covid19 test at this location in Oshawa. Negative result...whew.

Very fast, easy Covid testing. My results were ready in just over 24 hours.

I parked there today at 10:30am. I also had my 10 year old daughter with me. I parked on the second floor and walked down the stairs in King street side. We went to the medical centre for an appointment and was maybe 30 minutes. Came back to walk up the stairs, made it half way and there was a young guy (23-27 yrs maybe) and he was bent over the stairs with tin foil in one hand and a glass pipe in the other hand. Yes he was either smoking meth or heroin. He noticed myself and my daughter and moved. He almost fell backwards and stumbled up the stairs. Eyes rolling in the back of him and we carried on to our car. My poor daughter got freaked out as did I. Please park somewhere else

Lots of spots. Perfect for events in the area. Free most of the weekends and evenings unless tribute is hosting a concert in which case parking is never more than $6. Back in when you park if you're there for an event. It's crazy to get out at the end of the night.

Local and pretty good rates. When the arena is hosting an event they have security taking cash payment for one time fee. Where does this money go? Guard did not have receipts to give out. First time I experienced that it looked pretty sketchy as a collection. I get it - quicker to move people in and out. Clean and looks well kept.

Very poorly monitored! There are no cameras beyond in the front vestibule, so when my car was broken into, there was no footage to help determine who did it. Security monitors several lots in the area, so they are not on site 24/7. If you must park here, do so for a very short period of time only.

$5 to park for a concert. Not bad. I tried this place because last concert I was at they charged $20 for the lot across from the arena. For the extra 2 minute walk I will always park here now.
