Had to wash quilts. Not very friendly.

My husband and I really enjoy coming here. The owner is fabulous. Enjoy visiting with her. Love her “no crap” personality. If you respect her and her rules, she respects you. And she is always willing to help you out.And today I felt supported by the owner when another client decided to pick a fight with me after I made a simple request.I wouldn’t pay much attention to these negative comments. What we have seen here is a very tightly run ship where no ignorance or attitude is tolerated. If you waltz in thinking you are going to tell the owner how it’s going to be, you are sadly mistaken. Privilege is earned, not demanded. There are rules to follow, please respect them.But if you give the owner respect, she respects you back and will bend over backwards to serve you! Thank you for your hard work!! And thank you for the wonderful friendship we have developed over the weeks. I find your laundromat so much better than the other one.

She was super grumpy. Complained the entire time we were there. 10/10 will never be back. Horrible customer service. It was almost like we beat her child when we asked to get change.

This facility is operated by an arrogant extremely prejudice woman. My little sister and myself were washing clothes and my sister asked to use the washroom. The owner" refused her access to the facilities without any basis. The excuse was that only the person doing the laundry is allowed to use the washroom. If this is true then a seven year boy whom is with his mother while she washes her clothes would be denied access to the washroom I believe that this is a case of blatant discrimination against someone who does not deserve it my suggestion is if you have an option go there go anywhere wash your clothes in the river if you have to do not come to and laundromat in Prince Albert"

I drove in over an hour to wash my laundry today. (1.5 h with the construction) I arrived at 8, they close at 9. I have a dryer at home and just needed to wash. I have been coming here for a while and my first encounter was bad too. Then the encounters after that were 'fake nice'. I already felt terribly guilty for coming in late, and my first question was how long do the washers take" if less than 45 I would have been out of there within 15 minutes to close! She tells me "she just sanitized all the machines" I asked for change

The rudest women ever work here.If you come to the counter off to the side for change the older mom lady will count your cash in front of her and make you come around for it. Its too hard to take an extra step to her right to give you the money.They also splash the money all over the counter and make you sweep it all up. Its just wonderful when you need $20 worth of change.At the laundromat up the hill, those ladies count the change, put it in a cup and pass it to you.But nothing will change those are the owners daughters that work there, so why would they have to be pleasant to the people that pay their bills?1 star for the varied laundry machine sizes.0 stars for the staff and service"Actually

I got my clothes washed and dried in a decent time span, BUT would’ve appreciated it if the older lady that works here is a little bit more on the friendly side, she was continuously making snobby comments to me here and there. She made it seem like a big deal when I asked for change for the machines LOL! She sighed a lot and gave dirty looks during my visit here! I hope other people have a better experiences than I have..

Talk about a miserable woman that works here !! You ask her for change, which is her job and she behaves like youve offended her deeply. I dont understand how she still has a job with the way she treats people !!! People who are spending their money in this place dont expect a red carpet but being treated like a human being would be nice!!!! Just a couple pieces of advice, a smile goes a long way when you own a business and keeping people like this, employed and representing your company, ruins your business !!!
