Cedric has been my coach and respite worker for the past 5 years. And I gotta say, I have never met anyone like him. I've learned so much with him, and gained so much useful information regarding career choices, financial management, social and team building skills, and a lot more. Cedric is great to hang out and talk with. He's exceptionally funny, kind, helpful, passionate and understanding, eager to provide the best possible quality service, and most of all, he's always there when you need him. I highly recommend his services as when you work with him, you can be assured and count on getting the highest quality service possible.

I attended Cedric’s Wheel of Life workshop in February 2020 where In a small group setting we evaluated our satisfaction in different areas of our lives. The workshop was extremely helpful in that not only did we have the benefit of Cedric’s coaching, there was input and encouragement from like-minded individuals who were there to also make a positive change in their lives. Cedric’s informal but structured approach to guiding the workshop was engaging and very helpful. We made great connections and I’m looking forward to future workshops.
