I brought my 2012 Ford Edge in for brake pedal stiffness, they found a recall notice that had an extended warranty for this issue. The vehicle was processed and the work was started immediately. When one of the parts was back ordered and had to be shipped in, Freedom Ford got me a replacement vehicle to use. The process was smooth, seamless and on an extremely professional level. Thanks to all involved, great collaboration and effort.

Been here few times for my F150 for service.I had very good experience each time.They made a mistake on 1 appointment and they got it fixed right away.Unlike Team ford who is just trying to rip off customers.My work is right next to Team Ford but I just go to Freedom Ford.Highly recommended for the service

I did a check on my vehicle as a trade in through AMA and my info was sent to Freedom Ford.They have called, texted and emailed me none stop. I have repeatedly told them to remove me from their system as I will not be buying a vehicle from them. They have called 20 plus times, 10 plus text messages and 8 emails. This is extremely poor sales. Stay away unless you want to be harassed none stop.

I have nothing but great things to say about Freedom Ford Service Department! I’ve always dealt with Kami C., the fleet advisor every single time, as most of the vehicles I bring in are all fleet vehicles and she has been nothing but 100% in everything, courteous, and always positive! The service guys will get you in and out, if you have an appointment. I can’t speak for the dealership part of Freedom Ford as I’ve never dealt with them personally but workwise, all our fleet vehicles needs, they’ve been great! I would say this is the best dealership out in Edmonton at the moment, compared to Team Ford.

Absolutely trash service department. Wouldn't know what delivering a positive customer service experience was if it bit them in the rear-end. Service Advisor felt comfortable enough calling me stupid, and offered no apology for making the claim. Service manager was called, situation explained and I was advised she would call me back after investigating. Unsurprisingly, there was no return call. Working hard to trade the Ford I purchased here, in for anything else. Will never return to this location.

Made arrangements to see a car. Called before my 45 minutes drive to make sure car was still available. Took ages to reach the vendor. After confirmation that car was still available I drove to the dealership and car was sold. Don't go there waste of time.

I will not recommend this service department to anyone I know.I purchased a 2019 Ford Edge brand new in the summer of 2019. Shortly after I took it in for an oil change. While waiting for my vehicle from being serviced I was approached by a service aid who let me know my brand new vehicle had a transmission problem. Okay sometimes it happens with new vehicles.While my vehicle was having the transmission replaced( over 3 weeks) I was told the mechanic was having “problems” fitting the transmission back into my vehicle. I had to call numerous times to find out the status of the vehicle.I finally received my vehicle back. I drove it home and the next day my spouse noticed fluid under my vehicle which was transmission fluid. I called the service department at Freedom Ford and was advised to bring it in. I was told this time that the mechanic overfilled the transmission fluid and had drained it to prevent more leaking.Figuring that my vehicle was now fixed I drove with my family to Calgary on a trip. Once I arrived in Calgary I noticed more fluid all over my drivers side tire. I called freedom Ford from Calgary and they did not have much of a resolve. Finally someone figured out to send me to the sister dealership in Calgary. McLaghlan Ford advised me the next day ( they were great and got me in right away) that it was okay to travel to Edmonton but to go directly to Freedom Ford.As I left Calgary I called Freedom Ford and discussed what had happened. On my way through the city, with my family, I had to stop at Freedom Ford and drop off my vehicle yet again. I was given yet another rental while my vehicle was in the shop.I was contacted by Freedom Ford saying my vehicle was ready again. I was on my way to pick it up right near the time they were closing as I had to pick it up after working all day. As I returned the rental and made it over to finally get my own vehicle I went to get the keys and paperwork. I was finally able to go to my car to go home. Not this time either. As I approached my vehicle I noticed that my drivers window was wide open probably left open by whomever parked it. Well the inside drivers door and seat were completely soaked as it had rained really hard prior to my arrival.As a resolve to all this run around and frustration they kept my vehicle again to clean and dry the drivers seat. I was contacted I believe by the service manager to talk about the issues that had occurred and what resolve would be put in place to compensate all my time and vehicle issues.I was told I would be given a credit of around $250 to use for parts or other repairs. I was also told that I would have a detailing placed, for free, on my file.Today November the 08th/2021 I returned to have my oil changed. I was asked if I wanted the normal extra service done. I inquired about my credit as well as the detailing. I was informed the credit had a expiry attached to it that I was never told about. Today I was still not told when it would expiry. I also asked about the detailing and was told I used the free “inside” detailing when my window was left open by their staff and that I no longer had it.I do not have much faith in this dealership. It seems that communication and customer satisfaction are not a priority at least it feels that in my case.
