Came into the shop because the rear driver side was squeaking like a old bed which made driving my truck super annoying . They were able to diagnose the problem, kept me updated on the progress and got my truck back within a reasonable period of time. James was very nice to deal with . Thx James and team .

I had a wheel stud replaced. They quoted me .8 of an hour and with materials, it was around 150$ after taxes.Without my tools and short on time, I had them do the job.Took them around 30 minutes to do so, and then they filled" in the rest of the time (around 20 minutes) letting the car sit off of the lift.I was literally watching them from the waiting room.Also

Amazing service! I drive a 2001 Echo so I do not need anything fancy for my car. Every place I called was quoting me $900 for tires..... ridiculous! I called Kal Tire and they were incredibly knowledgeable. They told me the reason I am getting those quotes is because most places sell what they have in stock. SUVs Tesla all the fancy car tires. My car needs basic tires for my basic car. Good reliability and all season. They ordered in specially the Goodride RP26 which is perfect for my car. The whole thing, 4 new tires, wheel adjustment and disposal of my old tires came to $516.00 before tax. The service was five star, and fast! I love this place and the people who work here are stellar! Thank you!!!

Why do flat tires only happen on rainy days ?? I made numerous calls to try and get an appointment this Sunday with no success, those who answered gave 2-3hours wait time. Kaltire on Arbutus was the only one that asked me to bring the tire in and drop it off. Since I already have the tire off they were able to inspect it and determined it would be a quick fix and they could fit me in (they had a window between appointments). Call it luck or just awesome customer service. I know it’s the busiest time with the snow tire changes and all, others with flat tires may not be so lucky but I’m glad I went to Kaltire on Arbutus! Thank you!

On my drive to work this morning I discovered that my front tire was going flat due to screw puncture. KAL Tire were able to schedule me into an 8am repair when another client didn't show up. The Staff were very understanding and helpful. I was in/out in 40 min. Very efficient. These guys understand customer service!

Service at the location is amazing! Norm and the team are really accommodating. I had to last minute reschedule my booked appointment Norm made sure I could get my tires when I needed them! They offered honest advice about what my 18 year old car needed for the future! And the prices for the new tires and services were great! Thanks Dunbar!

Booking appointment on their website for new tires was easy. Didn't select Alignment" option ($125) as my car savy friends said it was unnecessary if the steering's not pulling. After Kal staff urged me to have alignment checked

I’ve always had excellent service and customer care at Kaltire. Today I had an appointment for a flat tire but when I called was offered to come in asap to get it looked at. Thanks to the staff, I was in and out the door in 3 minutes, couldn’t be happier!

I went in for an alignment the alignment issue isn’t fixed it’s still swerves to one side significantly, Well I wouldn’t recommend Kal Tire for their alignment service. Seemly spending $151.20 after taxes was a total waste of money. Well it’s just a Big Tire Chain Store with no quality control measures and the store looking for profit not for car customers care it’s best to to take it elsewhere.

I had a flat tire. I couldn't get the spare tire on because it was seized up. My car was towed to Kal Tire's Arbutus location and stayed there overnight. When I went there the next day, Mo was extremely helpful and understanding. They first helped with removing the seized tire from the trunk and then helped me put the spare tire on free of charge. I was done within ~30 minutes. Great customer service!
