I would like to highly recommend Steve for your plumbing issues. My father was having issues with his water supply and I called Steve & Sons (found him online as I live in a different city and am not familiar with plumbers local to my dad) Steve was very friendly and accommodating. Called Steve and Sons to have a quote for hot water on demand and a submersible well pump to be installed. Guy was quick to come to my house to assess the job but it has now been 3 WEEKS and still no sign of a quote! We have called 3x and the last time We called he said we would have the quote no later than Friday. Well almost two fridays have come and gone now and STILL no quote. If you couldn’t do the job or weren’t interested you should have just said so before wasting my time.

We moved into a house in late 2015 with very dated plumbing and have had many issues with our water as a result. Steve and his team has been able to identify and fix the problem each time and work hard to get the job done quickly. They've installed a new water softener, well pump, peroxide injection system, sewage pump, and iron filter, as well as fixed a few joints I attempted to do myself. The work is always done correctly the first time and I have a good understanding of what the problem was and how to maintain my new product at the end of a call. I will continue to return to Steve and Sons in the future... though for my sake I hope my plumbing needs subside for a bit...

Very professional service. When a well breaks it's a very difficult situation and dealing with Steve and Sons office staff was always knowledgeable and helpful and insightful sharing information on all the options available. Office staff timely responses to service requests. Our pump went out in the fall and so we were very worried and concerned about the installation before the snow flew and Steve and Sons reassured us and guaranteed that we would have the well installed in a timely fashion . They followed through with everything they said they were going to do every time. Very reasonably priced. They did not gouge us with extra costs and the total cost was fair and reasonably priced against larger competitors. They were very accommodating with scheduling making sure the work was all done in a day cleaned up and we were able to use our new well as soon as possible which included shocking it to make sure it was safe. This is a family business and the owner Steve was really kind and compassionate and understanding of our family situation. This type of business is a rare find these days. Thank you Steven Sons

Answered the call!When others laughed over the phone or didn't answer at all, Steve did.Our submersible well pump quit working in the night. We looked over everything we could on the inside.Andy from AJs water treatment tested the control box, because most times that's the problem. It wasn't but his test showed a break in connection somewhere along the line. Andy was also jammed busy but carved time out for us to help out and was able to point us in the right direction.This is where Steve and sons stepped up and had our problem solved within a respectable amount of time. There were breaks in the wiring.All fixed up now!Thanks so much! Seriously appreciate it!

I have had Steve and Sons do all my water systems over the past 4 years. I have had them replace all the lines in my well…put in a new water heater…fix an outside faucet that was leaking back into my basement…the list goes on! I will never use another company for any of my water issues!Always Great Service!!

Steve and sons did an amazing job of upgrading well pump, pressure tank, softener and uv light, mounted new water lines in the house...They were able to pivot to accomodate some of our needs and was quite approachable to discuss any concerns we had....Clean, precise and on budget quoted.
