Mapleview Gardens

Has been the worst living experience I’ve had. We are 3 20-something girls and we had a couple of loud nights since we’ve lived here. Now the condo company is making bogus noise complaints against us trying to get us kicked out. We even told them we’re looking for elsewhere and we’re barely ever home now out of fear of complaints. They are VERY anti-young people in this condo DO NOT live here unless you’re over 70

My girlfriend lives here and the visitors parking doesnt allow for overnight (2am-7am) parking which is ridiculous ive gotten 2 parking tickets in visitors and unbelievably because I do snow removal I was gone from 130am-7, 730am both times ive recieved tickets also theyre issued at 12pm which is not an infraction of the posted times I am a VISITOR why am i getting tickets? Her neighbor has an extra spot she pays for during winter as she has a summer car and i STILL got a ticket after having permission to park there and even though im not in visitors and can park overnight the ticket is again dated for a day i was gone from 130am-7 at work people in these condos are bullies and do not like new people on top of it theres no numbers to call to ask why im receiving these tickets. Garbage place to live.
