literally awful these kids cannot do their jobs. so many people working but still waited over 10 mins to have my order taken. drink machines watered down with no ice, spills all over the floor and not being cleaned. literally awful terrible how is this many people working but get nothing done

Very Rude customer service here. My SO ask for napkins politely so we can clean our table outside and got told to wait until we get our order. The cashier told us she will clean our table when she gets to it and were told to settle down. The odd part was we receive an attitude from one of the cashier but she was very kind to the other customers after she took our orders. Not sure what's the deal here but no need to be rude. We're simply asking for napkins so we can wipe our own table.

Received a very rude welcoming from the cashier. The store only had one other person inside and the boy on cash seemed busy answering the iPad for deliveries so I patiently waited for him to finish. Without him even looking up he said “yeah what do you want” ummm excuse me?? He then said “sorry I was in the middle of something”. If it wasn’t for me promising my sisters ice cream I wouldn’t have spent any money here.

Had to get a birthday cake for my daughter last minute, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The service was qicka dn easy and I was able to get a discount by using my CUA debit card.It was a Great day :)

I gotta say, the mint ice cream at your place is pretty awesome! But here's a suggestion for improvement: when I ordered for the first time, the employee at the drive-thru didn't really make any recommendations or try to upsell anything. I was hoping to try one of the bestsellers or something, but didn't get any guidance. Maybe you could train your employees to be more knowledgeable and suggest some menu items to customers. That way, I could have tried something new and ended up ordering a meal instead of just a small ice cream.

This was the best darn ice cream cake we have ever had! It was a Valentine's cake with red velvet cake included. Our daughter's birthday falls just after valentine's day so it was her birthday cake.Plan to buy it again next year for sure! About $20.

Store was short staffed but they were still very friendly and helpful despite that. Young crew there all seem like good workers.
