They now charge full freight for parking. Paid close to $6 for a 45 minute appt and found out that my VISA was compromised after using it in the parking pay machine.

The parking here is so unfair. After picking up a prescription at the pharmacy I waited in a line up to exit and was charged $2.75 because I was 3 minutes over the 15 minute free parking allowance. Since I have a pass for handicapped parking I should not have had to pay anything.It is the principle not the money!!

With a few late appointments due to Doctor being busy, stayed for 36 minutes and payed $5.50........total ripoff, should be investigated for overcharging. Watched older people struggling to navigate the gate incoming and almost impossible to exit if there are more then 2 cars leaving .....your blocked in. It cannot cost the amount being taken in to maintain this lot.

The parking lot system is aweful.Most of the time it does not work or charge yiu correctly. This system is new. Best to get dropped off if you can and be picked up after your appointment.

Parking is atrocious with everyone being funneled through 1 payment gate. Even lineups on Quarry ridge to enter the lot.Wheelchair access is limited to 1 long steepish ramp. Not sure how seniors are able to access it.

A Lot of different types of Dr's in here, big newer building,,,parking is a B---hat times,, Best if you have a helper if you need that,,,

Wasn't sure which Door to enter, so had a bit of a walk to ask people exactly where to go, which ended up having to go to the outside at back of building because unit wasn't accessible from inside
