Had been a regular patient at the clinic and have only positive things to say. The nursing staff and the receptionists were always helpful and their consistently positive demeanor gave the clinic a comfortable atmosphere. After moving from the area I required various documents and referrals from the clinic, which were completed with haste and no hassle. Excellent customer service and a caring staff.

Very poor customer service and experience overall. Initial booking was not pleasant and my morning appointment was rushed. I feel that paid-for services here are prioritized and felt they were pushing such services at least in my case. I was a Doctor referral.

My son sees Tarek and the service has been excellent. We come from an hour away so sometimes early, regardless of our arrival time we are seen right away. Would highly recommend

Have been a patient for over a year now, my appointments are ALWAYS 20 minutes late no matter how early I am, I have had to leave important appointments due to them not running on time. Receptionist is rude and could careless that it’s your time there wasting.

Great communication regarding appt date and I appreciated their flexibility when I needed to rebook appts due to other health issues. Receptionist was very friendly upon check-in. Waiting room was empty, except for myself and one other person thanks to COVID precautions, and it was a nice cool temperature; however, the music seemed overly loud to me. I also appreciated that the office still requires patients and staff to wear masks. Clinic seemed very organized and clean, and staff seemed very pleasant and knowledgeable, including Dr Gooderham. Appt was rushed due to volume of referrals/patients so that was disappointing as I was unable to ask some of my questions but otherwise I had a positive experience. I also appreciated the informational material available to patients at the door when leaving.

Dr Swales is amazing, he addressed all of my issues with care and respect and never once made me feel rushed. I’ve been do many Doctors for many different things but Dr. Swales is by far the best doctor I have ever been treated by. I find it very hard to come by a doctor who really cares about their patients and I have a lot of anxiety seeing doctors in general from past experiences, but the visit with Dr Swales was nothing but a great experience, The receptionists and nurses were also very pleasant and made the overall appointment quick and painless! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Dr Swales and staff are amazing. They’re willing to get you better by using the right treatments. The other doctors are excellent backups if Dr Swales isn't available. I will return to them whenever I needed their services. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.
