Their team finished our project within 2 days and we were so thankful as it was during holidays and we feel so blessed that we could have our business up and running immediately after the paint was finished during the holidays. Adam and his crew were part of our exterior renovation project this summer. Right from the beginning, Adam was responsive when I called to inquire about his services. I appreciated that he was able to answer all my questions and wanted to accommodate specific requests as our exterior is vinyl siding that is older. On the job site, his crew worked hard and they did a very good job with the painting. There was a glitch in that the siding installation crew was running late with their scheduling. A week after Maple Brothers finished their work, Adam was willing to come back to do the touch ups and repaint the areas that was missed because of the siding crew. I really appreciated Adam's professionalism throughout the project and it is clear to me customer service is a priority.

In preparation for renovating the exterior of my home which included repainting stucco and chimney which was never painted before, I came across Maple Brothers while reading reviews from previous clients. Adam was very easy to deal with and communication was excellent. Being an exterior project I knew we were at the mercy of good weather to complete the job so plan early in the year as spring and summer are typically booked up because of this. On the initial visit he took the time to walk through the site, answer all my questions but more importantly provided two different proposals (one being economical and the other focussed on quality even going so far as to elaborating on the difference in paint quality). I ended up spending the extra money on higher quality paint. Reality is prep work is the most important but it is the finished product you see. Adam and his crew's attention to detail in my project was definitely appreciated and I'm very happy with the result. Quality of work, attention to detail and the fact that he took the time to educate me on my options rather than upselling is what I appreciated most.

He was very fast responding to all of our questions whether it was through email or text. He is an honest contractor and will go the extra mile to make his customers satisfied.
