I've dealt with this star for the last eight and a half yearsThe service is excellent and they provide very good quality and value for the money. That's why I came back to deal with them again. The owner Raj provides a good selection of TVs and also an excellent selection of furniture.

The worst place to buy your furniture the indian who attends there its terrible !

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE IDID.....*I purchase a bedroom set from the finch location and I regret it*Firstly, when you go in the store the guy will pretend to be so nice, warm and welcoming and will tell you he will build your furniture however you like and will add that he will even give you discount but when you paid your money in full everything changes; no discount there will be additional charges that you will think was already added like delivery and fixing-up fee .Phone calls will goes unanswered when you called and he will promise to return your call but never, furniture does not come as describe because when you go to store the guy will try and rush things.*they will insist to leave you furniture in the hall-way of your apartment building if your not home and want to deliver your furniture on the same hour that they call you*the closet door came off upon delivery; the delivery guy knock it in and within a month it came back off* I called and he didn't pick-up as usual so I had to show up and argue with him to let someone come and pick up the closet that the door came off*the delivery guy came with the intent to knocked in back the closet door once again but i had to argue with him to take it to the warehouse and fix it or make me a new one*its been a month now and i still hasn't gotten the closes back and i have not receive any call as to when to expect it deliver.*been waiting a month now and he still hasnt called

STAY AWAY!!! This company is so shady I don't know how they're still in business. They are very rude. if you make the mistake of buying from them, EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE. No returns, no refunds. Heck, it doesn't matter even if they deliver the damaged furniture. I bought a sofa set a month ago, all the sofas were wet and moulded when I received them. They ignored me completely and did not change the sofas. My home still smells of mould.

They only want to sell the furniture and they don’t care about the rest. I have issues with the sofa that I got from them and they never answer my calls and messages after my purchase. Don’t be tricked by their price!

Low quality material, lower design for load distribution and LOWER even the customer service.If you cant afford good Furniture, you are better of not buying at all
