We needed our existing granite countertop trimmed to accommodate our replacement range. Tyra followed up with me, arranged the appointment at my convenience and the men did an excellent job at a reasonable price. The only negative was the massive, dusty mess that was unavoidable. I may not need more service from this company but if I do, I will call Tyra again without any hesitation.

I purchased a white quartz kitchen counter top from this company a few years ago. Even though I already had a template done from another company, they came to do their own measurements and installed in a matter of days. They offered the lowest price that I could find in the GTA (believe me I looked), with excellent service.

Chose Aurora Marble and Granite regarding a custom cut stone slab for a coffee table. I was recommended to use quartz for its properties. Very nice selection of patterns, very good craftsmanship -- smooth cut, oval with edge design detailing. Aurora Marble and Granite surpassed my expectations. They communicated with me and did not ignore or forget about my inquiry. I wish I contacted Bob first as the competition never followed up with me after initial communication.

Aurora Marble is good. They did a good job. However, I am not happy with the Quartex countertop. It is of poor quality and will not recommend it to anyone. It chips away very easily.

Cant say enough about their service and pricing outstanding !!! First dealt with Bob very knowledgeable about the product and always there to assist you with any questions about the product and with your choices. After the deal was made the product was delivered fast and as promised. Nathan came and measured the Job and two days later John and James came to install the counter tops. They were neat and meticulous, obviously professionals at what they do. I can assure you I will not go anywhere else for any of my future counter top needs.

We have just completed our kitchen upgrade. Aurora M+G installed new Ariel Quartz counter tops. The finished product looks absolutely amazing. I would like to say thank you to James, Wen, and Greyson for the careful work they did while in our home, they worked for close to 4 hours and their work was outstanding. They polished the seams so that you can hardly see them. Especially on the island the seams can not be seen. I believe this company performs so well because of the meticulous measuring they do before the quartz is cut. Thanks to Eric for his fine work measuring everything to a tee. Eric spent at least 3 hours measuring the counter tops before hand. Also, thanks to Tara and Sherry in the office for answering all my many questions and keeping me up to date on the start time of the installation. I would recommend this company without hesitation. I think I am going to get my upstairs washrooms done next.

I just had my kitchen countertop and full slab backsplash installed by Aurora Marble & Granite, and the end result is absolutely beautiful.I started the whole process with little to no knowledge on countertops, and came across Aurora Marble from a stone supplier in Vaughn. The first time I visited Aurora Marble, I was very impressed by Tyra who is not only knowledgeable but also very patient in listening and answering all my questions. Aurora Marble's quote is competitive, and they are open to negotiations.During the subsequent months, I had to delay the countertop installation numerous times because of my construction delays, but Aurora Marble is always very understanding and accommodating.One week before installation, staff came to the house to do the measurements which went very smoothly.The first installation took more than 4 hours by three installers to properly install the perimeter countertops, and the undermount sinks. Due to the nature of my stone, they had to cut the cooktop on site to avoid any potential damage during transportation.The second installation took about 2 hours to install the backsplash and the island countertop. I was amazed at how precise the measurement and the cutting was as you can see from the attached pictures.Throughout the entire process from the initial visit to the final installation, everyone is courteous, patient, and professional. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone.
